Tashi Oasis Hotel & Apartment Da Nang

Review: Great value for money. Location is a little bit out from the activities but walkable distance to beach and restaurants.
Great sized room but I would not call it a Hotel, it is more like managed apartments or Air B&B

Positive points: Big room, very spacious and comfortable bed, great balcony. Well taken care and new.
The location is good, and many restaurants are in a walk distance

Review: It was a lovely and spacious apartment with a 20 min walk to the beach. There wasn’t much around the hotel but that meant it was away from main road traffic and other noise. The staff were lovely and in particular Thu Hà spent a lot of time talking to me and sharing her recommendations which was much appreciated.

Review: Royal 98 is the perfect hotel for the budget minded traveler. The staff is very helpful, the accomodation is kept super clean and the hotel is conveniently located a medium walk to the beach and close to the bridge that goes into downtown Da Nang. Enjoy your vacation!

Review: Bed was comfortable and room was clean. If you don’t have a bike it’s a bit far to walk to the main areas but otherwise a solid place

Positive points: Good accomodation and very nice area. The staff was super nice and helpfull. Good restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood.

Review: cons:
- not newly built, how agoda showed ( maybe renowaited )
- not comfortable location (noise from road and traffic, far from the beach, far away from the center )
- furniture are dated
- stong smell of mold in the room
- nobody care about rooftop and ammentions there

Positive points: First of, the staff of course! Vietnamese people are just kind people most of the time and this hotel is no exception. If you ask them questions, they will be please to give you every information that you need and if you are a more reserved person, they will say you hello politely and let you do your own things. Other than the staff, I like where my hotel was situated. I wasn't in downtown, but not far from walking distance (30 min from walk and 4-5 min on grab). Since I like to walk a lot, I was most of the time walking and coming back to sleep in the area was a place of peace to me. You are also 10 min of walk from the beach, so to me it was perfect!

The room I had was gigantesque for a solo traveler like me! When I first open my door, I was such in awe with that room and that big balcony! Plenty of space to work on my computer (I had a living room + a decent size table with 4 chairs) and everything you expect such a television, AC, good mattress, etc, etc.

Review: phòng mình nhận là 1 phòng khác phòng mình book và rộng hơn. phòng rất rộng, có bồn tắm. cũng rất sạch sẽ. tuy nhiên thuê xe máy vào trung tâm sẽ khoảng 4-5km nhé. và thuê xe ở đây thì phải tự đổ xăng

Positive points: Nice room with a bathtub, everything is great, good location not so far from tourist center of the city, the stuff is helpful

Review: The location may seem close to the bigger touristy areas but it still kept the atmosphere where locals would live out of the city. The staff were friendly and took care of our scooter at night. Only one disapproval, I would like to comment on, is the housekeeping. I would've liked to have the floors swept and cleaned because the room didnt have a sweeper/broom. Regardless of that, I highly recommend the room.

Positive points: The rooms are large enough, not super clean but the stuff is friendly and they will try to do something about it, the neighbors are super noisy they have karaoke almost every day.

Review: It takes a short time by motorbike or car to visit the attractions nearby downtown. The staff are very kind and friendly. The room is clean.

Positive points: The apartment was nice size, we had enough space for our luggage and still walk around. The pool was good size, but the water had weird smell.
We loved the gym, it’s small but it had everything for good workout.

Location was good, few blocks from the beach with restaurants and bars nearby.

Review: I had a peaceful stay at Royal 98. What made the stay memorable was the helpful, fair and friendly staff. One the staff members Thu Ha was very helpful with my bike hiring situation. There was an issue with the bike hiring company and Thu Ha patiently handled it for me and even saved me money. She left me very happy.

This is a special place with special staff.

Positive points: Beds were comfortable, room keep was good

Review: The hotel is comfortable, with friendly staff who provide good support and relatively good soundproofing. The only issue was that when other rooms were cooking, there was a strong smell of oil that seemed to permeate the room through some kind of pipe, but the hotel provided a deodorizing spray and promptly addressed the issue.

Positive points: I like how its very clean and how it has a kitchen to cook and clean dishes while being able to walk outside on a cute patio that is not in a crowded bustling neighborhood so its easy to sleep at night
