Review: I wanted a hotel room instead of staying at a hotel before my Ha Giang tour. This place was perfect. Very quiet area with a few good restaurants nearby and a gym close too.

Review: Villa close to the center, clean rooms, enthusiastic and friendly staff, reasonable prices. My family went during Tet and the room price was only around 400k for a double room. If we have the chance to come back, I will still choose Su's Villa 👍

So clean and safe and brilliant value for money.

Positive points: Very nice decor, good check-in at 3am when our bus arrived. Closed in shower, good value for money, great for 1-2 nights, would recommend.

Review: All the staff were super friendly. I hired my scooter from there, took the insurance option and had a small accident when my scooter fell over, damaging the mirror. The insurance covers it no question.

Review: We stayed here and then rented our scooter from them to go on the Ha Giang Loop. Then we stayed with them again when we came back. The staff are very polite and accommodating so don't hesitate to let them know if you have an issue.

Positive points: Great location near to all amenities, and just off the main road enough to be nice quiet at all times of day

Positive points: There isn't anything not to like about staying here really. New shiny looking hotel. Nice clean room, lots of sockets, comfortable, best shower in Vietnam so far, 2 free bottles of water daily. Good motorbike rental, nice polite staff. Good location.
There was however a couple of things that I would feedback. It seemed like they were not expecting us despite sending our arrival time. We waited in reception for 15 minutes alone and had to send a message via booking.com to say we were here. Two mins later someone appeared and was very polite. No towels also, we had to ask. Generally it felt like the language barrier made it a little difficult for conversation to flow. Google translate is helpful here. It did seem very quiet. . Also it would be helpful for us international guests to have a translation of documents that need to be signed. Motorbike rental for example.
