Review: The staff helped us in contacting the bus and asking them to pick us up at the resort. They are also very helpful in renting us the motorbikes and set them up for us. The motorbikes are 180k vnd per day. And they let us use the bikes for free to go to dinner even after we returned them.
Positive points: The people were wonderful

Review: I read so many reviews about the homestay feel of this accommodation. We found it to be anything but. There was no friendly atmosphere, the reception guy was sullen and unhelpful. The room was basic, their seemed to no sheets on the bed just a mattress protector and a comforter blanket. The bed was lumpy and hard. The shower left the bathroom sopping wet and a slip hazard through the night as the water never drained away. Breakfast was explained as fried eggs with toast and fried tomato, it came out with dry toast & no tomato , the receptionist seemed annoyed when I asked for some butter. We won’t be recommending or staying here again.
Positive points:
Jungleman was very helpful. He gave us advices for the loop, stored our luggage for two days and even gave us access to a shower after return. Just Awesome.
Regarding the loop: If you plan to ride on your own make sure to bring an International driving license. There are police control points on the route and you'll be fined without an idp. But on Google maps you find the checkpoints and fan drive around them.
Review: We can make a campfire to keep warm anytime we want. Pool table is also free. The beer and coffee here are cheap. Room leaks during the rain. Dont leave stuff on the flior. Cost is about 570k vnd. Very helpful staff.
Positive points: The family was all very welcoming and warm, but the dog was the best chaperone I've ever had. Every time I went for a walk, to the shop, or out to eat, he would guide me down "his" street and then return home. He's a wonderful family pet. Thank you all.
Review: My room number 2 leaks during the rain. So dont leave any clothes on the floor. Everything else is ok. Owner helps us get the bus. We also rent motorbikes from him.. 180k vnd per day.
Positive points: The front desk staff had a good service attitude
Negative points: There was only one bed in the room, and it was on the floor. And the floor also looks dirty. The air conditioner looked like it hadn't been cleaned for more than 10 years. It was very dirty. The inside and outside are covered with dust . I felt like the air I breathed was full of dust. The soundproofing was very poor! I could hear the people next door chatting until late night.

Positive points: The bungalow was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. I went there to rest after the Ha Giang loop and end up sleeping 14 hours !!
Negative points: Nothing
Review: If you’re coming for the loop… this is the perfect place to begin your journey. Very friendly people and they have bikes for rent.

Positive points: Kind and helpful staff, fair prices and a cosy and quiet stay. Everything in Ha Giang is within walking distance and there is plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property also rents out motorbikes if needed and they can also help plan your trip on the loop. I'd definitely come back here to stay in the future.
