Positive points: No frills hostel-like accommodation, great for the price paid. Check in during the night is possible.. Bathroom is shared, however the very small rooms (which are more like cabins) still offer enough privacy. The host even cooked us a small breakfast which was a great bonus. Motorbikes can be rented directly from the property and the bus station is within walking distance.
Negative points: The rooms are very thin-walled, keep that in mind especially if you check in during the night. If you want to sleep in during the morning, earplugs are highly advised. The water in the shower is somewhat cold, maybe it was just me who got unlucky.
Positive points: Nice room, very good price including tasty breakfast, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, well-maintained motorbikes, walking distance from bus station, good wifi. Good value for money. Highly recommend

Positive points: Very pleasant place, a small and cozy cabin, and the facilities are really clean!
Positive points: Excellent base to do the loop. Close to bus drop off. Rooms are of a good size. Excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfast works. Staff very helpful and sorted out a bike and info for the trip. Thanks for everything.

Positive points: The family that runs the homestay is so kind and so helpful, especially for the Ha Giang Loop they got everything you need. Also a very cozy place :)
Positive points: We had a lovely stay at Linh Homestay, the hosts were friendly, generous and kind - the room was clean, comfy and for a great price including a substantial breakfast! We rented a bike off them and it got us through the challenging and harsh weather conditions of the Ha Giang Loop! We’d highly recommend to stay here if visiting Ha Giang, Howard and Melissa😄

Review: Nos gustó mucho quedarnos en el Homestay de Linh ☺️ además de tener habitaciones, cuenta con arriendo de motos para el tour lo que hace muy cómodo todo para empezar el loop. Pudimos además dejar nuestras maletas durante los 4 días que estuvimos recorriendo sin costo adicional (plus extendimos un día de arriendo por teléfono y fue todo muy sencillo y amable de su parte). Recomendamos venir y quedarse en Linh Homestay
Positive points: The lady owning this place was super nice and very helpful, I really enjoyed my stay here (only one night before the loop). It was very easy, clean and comfy. Breakfast in the morning was good.
Negative points: Not that I didn’t like it, I wasn’t sure what to expect of the bathroom situation (there are 4 bathrooms, that are shared, but the room is private). Not good, not bad, and they were clean)
Review: Little cheap homestay, well located. Has good motorbikes and can provide indications for the loop. We really enjoyed our room, and the bathroom was also quite good. Can only recommend especially considering the price !

Review: We had an amazing stay with Linh and her family. She has been really helpful and gave us all the tips we needed for the trip up north. She also let us take a shower once we were back from the Ha Giang loop.
Review: The homestay has separate lockable rooms but has no sound privacy. Fortunately for me, there were no other guests so the noise wasn’t an issue. Seems a soft mattress is an unusual find for Vietnam but they have a nice soft mattress here. Oh, the 11 year old niece of the owner speaks English well in case you’re like me, floundering with the Vietnamese language.
