Positive points: very nice room with a view of the lake (9th floor). Naturally, a lake view costs more.

Negative points: Breakfast was very minimal and not always stocked. The staff for dinner was very absorbed in their phones with their own children running around screaming. Recommend eating elsewhere even if breakfast is included.

Review: Clean room. Amenities. Located right by West Lake. Beautiful view of the lake from the breakfast floor. Friendly staff and good service. Easy access to transportation and enjoying cuisine around the hotel. Worth the value.
