Review: A group of us were vacationing in Da Nang so an apartment seemed a good option to all be together. These apartments seem to be primarily used for tourism purposes and are not part of the Sheraton Hotel chain, though they occupy the same building. Our unit was stocked well for normal purposes (dishes, laundry, towels, etc.). The pool area is nice and we went there daily. Our contact for the apartment was attentive and accommodating. The location is directly across from the beach and is a reasonable walk to western food options. A couple of things to note: 1) the view is mostly of the shell of an unfinished hotel but there was a partial view of the beach, 2) the elevators are extremely slow. Not a deal-breaker but still was a bit annoying. Overall, it worked for our purposes.

Review: We were a family of 7 who booked this apartment thinking it will accommodate to the number of pax. According to the description of this apartment it could cater to 6 people. When we checked in and looked at the bed spaces it could only cater to 4 people or 2 adults and 2 children. The other room beds weee 2 singles. The person said in the beginning could provide us with extra bed but when we checked in and collected the money he said no extra beds available and asked us to adjust. He just returned us the extra bed cash. We were very disappointed with the service and the person who helped us with check in. Our payment was totally burnt and we left after a while as we were very uncomfortable staying there. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PKACE FOR SYAY.

Positive points: We rent 2 different rooms and John is the host of both. He is really great and handsome ☺️ view from the room is wonderful as we can observe the beach from here!! Guyss you have to come here, its the right choice 🤗

Review: Vị trí nằm xa hơn về phía Bắc so với khu vực đông đúc (khoảng 4-5km). Khách sạn có hầu hết mọi thứ như đã quảng cáo, ngoại trừ phòng gym, mà bạn phải trả 200k VND mỗi người mỗi lần vào.

Chúng tôi đã đặt phòng cho 5 người, và thanh toán cho 5 người, tuy nhiên họ chỉ có 1 giường đôi và 2 giường đơn, vì vậy chúng tôi đã yêu cầu thêm một giường, mà theo ý kiến của tôi lẽ ra nên được tính vào giá phòng vì đơn đặt phòng cho thấy 5 người.

Giường thêm cần phải trả thêm 100k VND mỗi đêm, vì vậy hãy tính điều đó vào.

Lưu ý rằng bạn có thể không thể thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng, tôi đã yêu cầu nhưng họ bảo rằng hệ thống của họ gặp sự cố và phải trả bằng tiền mặt. Hãy chuẩn bị tiền mặt trong trường hợp điều này xảy ra nữa.

Positive points: The room is on point! Its fully equipped with lots of furniture (we can do the laundry in the room, which is so greatt). John offers us nice service at the apartment, whenever we need something he is always there to help!!
