Review: Other than the sunrise, the villa is also conveniently located near stores and the lovely secret penida restaurant which is a must try
Positive points: Everything was great! The view is spectacular, the pool is really nice, the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and reasonably well appointed. The restaurant food was excellent and I really enjoyed the provided breakfasts. The best was the level of service provided by Alit and his team. They are available for long hours of the day and they are super helpful and friendly.
Negative points: I thought everything was great. Maybe nicer soap and shampoo in the bathroom. I was happy with everything else.

Positive points: Great room, clean, A/C works well. Viewpoint was incredible. Close to restaurants and an easy pick up location for day trips. Staff friendly. Access to ocean.
Negative points: Noisy street. Bathroom needs an update but still nice compared to some other places we stayed.

Positive points: Everything was amazing you could go down and snorkel Infront of the cottage you can see so many fish and beautiful corals , staff are very polite and helpful, breakfast was delicious and location is perfect because there are tons of nice restaurants around

Review: Great ocean view cottage stay. Near to Banjar Nyuh Harbour. Staff is cooperative and facilities are also up to the mark. Specially the ocean view makes it great for staying for couples. Not a place for partying or loud music. Quite secluded when considering location.
Positive points: Comfortable bed! Lovely staff. Walking distance to several restaurants.
Negative points: Disappointed as we booked thinking we could Snorkle out in front. There was no Snorkle gear to rent anywhere close. The walls and windows are thin, you can hear others especially if you are a light sleeper.
Review: Room with an amazing view surrounded by lot of beach cafes. The breakfast served was really good. Basic facilities in room and bathroom. Has a balcony to sit and wind down, also got a cloth stand to dry wet clothes. Affordable price during off season.
Positive points: Beautiful panoramic beach view
Negative points: Public toilet was not clean and floors get dirty fast
Review: it is great place with great view but facilities are not appropriate, You won't find proper facilities in the room plus staff is not that courteous.
Positive points: Very loud noise comes from the road. Can't even relax and fall asleep. There is feeling that you sleep outside by the road at the camping tent.

Negative points: Almost everything nThe room was tiny, the bathroom smelly, towels are dirty even when they change it, the change it with dirty towels and the pool was disgusting
Review: They have only 8 rooms. The room was small. Bathroom was not clean, with stains at many places. Mirror in the bathroom had stains and lots of black spots. They don't provide hairdryer in the room. Overall, it's a pricey 3* cottage. I was glad I stayed for 1 night only.
Positive points: it’s very cozy, it has a clean pool and it’s right by the beach. theres also the restaurant. the AC works so well and it’s very clean. it’s also near the port.
Negative points: the spa/massage service is in a different property. I wish they offer it in rooms or at least in the same property. fast access for impulsive customers ☺️
