Positive points: I was involved with an accident outside the hostel and the staff treated me like a family member: taking me to the hospital, visiting me there to make sure I'm ok, and buying me food. They take kindness to a whole another level.
Positive points: Everything is hotel-quality brand new. AC. Great common area. Free tea/coffee/water. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a rating-10 experience.
Negative points: I would make a rule not to enter the rooms with shoes on so that everybody could enjoy the clean floors.
Positive points: The Staff are super nice people they did not speak English very well but they did their utmost with Google translate.nn The location is between 2 ports that made it super convenient for me that I don't drive the scooter. 1 port connects to padang bai Bali with the public Ferry and the other goes to Sanur Bali with fast Ferry. nnSuper clean and modern hostel.nnThe hostel was not very social and there isn't much to do in the area if you are without scooter.
