Positive points: Sea view
Positive points: Beautiful Room and scenery
Negative points: AIr condition was not cold at all and the Hot Water lasted only for 5 minutes

Negative points: Location is ok, it’s beachfront but no access to beach and unless you have a car or scooter it’s pretty secluded from all other restaurants and beach clubs.

Positive points: Great air conditioning, which is always a big plus. The staff went above and beyond to help me coordinate some fun birthday surprises including decorating the whole pool downstairs! There are two pools as well, which is always a plus. The location on the island is closer to the dive shops, which is great for dive-lovers. This is located right off the main road and the included breakfast is great to be able to have before heading out each day. The restaurant is good and the staff is so friendly and attentive.
Negative points: The room I had did not have a separation between the toilet and the rest of the room, which made for a little bit of an awkward situation with the person I was staying with, however, there is a closed toilet in the main area of the lobby upstairs for emergencies. The infinity pool downstairs is nice but it is located right off a seaweed farm, so the low tides make it look a bit less sightly in certain times of the day or evening (not just ocean water).
Positive points: The property is good and it seems good for vacation.
Negative points: Communication. Communication. Communication. My booking was canceled because there was no water available to be used in the hotel at the time. I have been calling the property about 30 times but no answer. Good thing I called last minute, and someone answered and told me that there is no water and it’s best to book at another facility. They told me as we’re riding the fast boat from main island, bali to Nusu Pineda. It’s so sad, but good thing there are other villas still available to book at that time. But I wish the communication would improve.

Review: We paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one - literally cut our losses. I went with my 76 year old mom - there were numerous step down to our room passing an outside aircon unit on the way down (luckily we are short or would have hit it). The toilet had no door and there was no creamer/milk for coffee in our room.nThe view of the sea is of a seaweed farm from our room. Decided to go to the restaurant to have a drink - they ran out of wine 3 days ago but told us we could walk 5/10 minutes to the next restaurant to have a drink there: bearing in mind there are no lights on the road and people drive like crazy. When I told the man who I had just paid for 2 nights that we were only staying for 1 night, he didn't care or question why. For breakfast, you can only choose one drink and one meal - no juice and coffee. It is a 1* at best. We met a lovely employee (she had braces) when we left and she tried to redeem the awful serious lack of hospitality that we had experience. Horrible experience of Bali. Don't do it.

Negative points: not clean , bugs in washroom , shower room. the hot water only good for one person to take a 8-10mins shower then running out of hot water, the next person need to wait half hour for hot water or take a cool water shower. towels have moldy smell .
