Positive points: The room was overall nice

Negative points: There is no elevator and it’s not mentioned anywhere. Carrying luggages for multiple floors is not nice.nThe room was not clean, especially the bath tub. As soon as you put water you can notice how it’s not clean and we found hair. There were also ants

1.0 Fire alarm, No elevator - Jenny 29-04-2025

Positive points: Large bath tub

Negative points: This hotel does not have an elevator, so we had to carry five large suitcases up the stairs, which was very inconvenient. The biggest disappointment, however, was that the fire alarm went off two nights in a row around 11:30 PM. It made us feel very unsafe, and we decided we couldn’t stay another night. We requested a refund for the remaining night.
