Review: Prepared for long walk to station
Positive points: The location of the property is very convenient. There are cafes and shops nearby, and the property is very near to subway station, Myeongdong shopping street and Namsan cable car terminal. The staffs are also very helpful.
Negative points: They are not changing the towels.

Positive points: The location is very convenient, and the host was very helpful and responded quickly. Overall, it was pretty clean and comfortable enough to spend a night.
Negative points: The room seems bigger on pictures, when in reality, it was kind of tiny. Everything was worn down, so the general impression is depressing. There is not enough space to put things and hang clothes, both in the shower and the room.

Positive points: The location is accessible to public transportation and tourist sites. Easy check-in process and the terrace room has beautiful view of the Namsan Tower.
Review: Overall fair for a guesthouse stay. Simple and clean with imperfections. nn- Had several issues but the staff was hospitable. n- rooftop spot was cute! n- the bed was really hard and painful for a side sleeper (no extra pillows)n- floor heater was great n- we got locked out on the balcony 😬 (they came to our rescue within 15 mins though!)

Negative points: Room was incredibly small, comparable to a jail cell.nThe attached bathroom was also incredibly small and without a shower stall. The toilet and sink took up the entire room.nNo breakfast served.nNo staff on site.
Review: Very nice and comfortable to accomodate…pantries/kitchen fully equipped and cleaned…friendly staff…but location too far from main road and difficult to navigate/found through map…can be improved in future.
Positive points: Nice comfy spot with a cafe down the street. Very close to a very busy area of Seoul and to attractions. Tons of food choices and a night market. Bed, bathroom and room size was fine. Most guest were followed the rules except the young ones.
Negative points: Walls were quite thin. It was great almost every night untilnMy young neighbors had the most fantastic time next door with an opera of love at 2am that lasted an hour . I actually didn’t mind but other people with kids maybe not.

Positive points: I enjoyed my stay at SPACE Guesthouse. As a cheap and affordable accommodation option, location is quite convenient as it is only a 5 minute uphill walk from Myeong-dong station. Self check-in process is straight forward. The size of the room allowed for space for large luggage. Bed was quite comfortable. Staff member is on-site everyday in the morning and was extremely helpful and friendly with helping me work out the washer and dryer when I had to do laundry. I would definitely recommend SPACE Guesthouse to solo or travelling couples who are looking to save money for their stay and are willing to sacrifice luxury for a humble and comforting experience.
