Review: Convenient accommodation for moving around in the center.

Review: Booked a suite 1 month prior, but was told That they where all occupied wen I arrived, brought me to a double room with very musty smell, got changed to a room with 2 double beds was a little bit better but still musty, pictures are old.

Review: The photographes of the rooms are to perfect but the reality are completely different. Also, paid attention on that the receptionist (woman) has a tendency to rounding up the price of rooms (if you pay by cash) and claiming to have made the exchange. She has a technique for this, she first asks you for the passport, to sign the entry document and to pay, then very quickly, without giving you the passport, she directs you to the room. When you go down to the reception and ask to get the passport and your change she already claims to have returned the change. So, asking for it changes directly. I had to raise my voice to get it back. It is a shame because by her actions, she creates a general mistrust.

Staff had very poor english....dispite staying there two nights we were in same room but second night was more expensive....
They have drinking water for guests but the bottled water should have been free from our booking but we had to ask about it.
The breakfast was good one of the best Pho I on day one... but disappointed on day two were fried rice with veg not Pho. Any way all in all good place
