Review: Everything exceeds my expectations.

One thing I don’t like is when they clean the carpet in the hall or the floor with ‘detergent’ smell like. I’d rather have the natural unscented environment. The breakfast buffet is very good and cheap for $2. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The hot water can be a tad hotter.

Positive points: Great location near beach. Big room (suite). Good value. Big TV.

Review: I like everything except the smell of the chemical cleaning products they use for the floor and carpets.

Positive points: Beautiful and big size room with perfect location close to the beach, souvenir shops, markets and restaurants.

Review: Everything is perfect. The only exception is the bathtub in my room that needs to work on. It leaks somewhere and floods the bathroom floor the first night and luckily I was in the room to catch it. The second night half the water goes into the tub and the other half down the drain. I decided not to use the tub to avoid wasting water. Service is very prompt the first time to stop the flood and a maid to cleanup but the second time I was told there are no parts available because of the holidays. I want to take a bath as soon as I get home so it is a bit inconvenient.
Besides that, everything is very nice and the staff is perfect.

Review: The rooms are clean and spacious. My room was at the 12th floor and had a very nice view of the beach. The hotel is located 5mins walk to the beach and has unblocked views to the beach. There are many restaurants nearby and there is also a convenience stall downstairs selling snacks. They have a rooftop gym and open rooftop with panoramic view of the beach and city.

Positive points: Great location. Clean spacious accommodation. Comfy bed and Good wifi. Prompt check in formality. The hotel staff were cordial.

Review: The towels and bed linens all have
visible stain marks, so I had to use my own towels. The buffet breakfast is of the worst possible quality. The standard of hygiene is pretty shocking. There are houseflies everywhere in the dining area, hovering over the food which makes you lose your appetite in no time. It's stated that breakfast will start at 6.30am, but they are consistently 15-20 minutes late due to the sloppy attitude of the staff. The only thing positive is the location.

Positive points: A great budget hotel in the centre of Da Nang - just a minute walk from the beach. We still can not believe how cheap this place is!!!! A very large room, comfy beds, good Tv with many English speaking channels - friendly staff, We are booking again for our return to Da Nang in March.

Positive points: I specifically booked a room with a bath but it was dirty with sand. I had to ask to clean it 3 times as they never used detergents or some kind of soap, only a bit of water and some sort of towel, they didn't understand when I tried to explain or when I asked from reception, they wouldn't even provide me so I could clean it myself but even worse is that there was no hot water at all for a day and a half. As there were rooms for less with showers, it was a waste of money for me to book a room with a dirty bath and no hot water, then the next day in the afternoon it was lukewarm water only !!! Asked if there was any kind of compensation, maybe at least breakfast but nothing. The bath was even moving with the tubes out and water going everywhere. Smiling staff though.
