Shelter Stay Da Nang

Review: A beautiful and clean room with no mold, but the lack of hot water was very disappointing. On the first day, the water was hot, but for the rest of the stay, it was cold—probably because it’s heated by the sun, and the weather was cloudy. I don’t understand why the owners don’t care about their guests enough to make them take cold showers. It completely ruined the experience. Da Nang has a lot of cloudy days, so I can’t understand how this wasn’t considered during construction. We tried running the water for 20 minutes, but it didn’t get any hotter.

Positive points: This stay was one of the good stays I have stayed. The location of the stay is quiet good. It is closer to the beach (Walking distance) in DaNang. The streets outside the stay are also very lively. The staff was very nice. We also booked a cab for 6 people to go around da nang for the day via them. The Cab was also nice and comfortable and our driver was also very friendly and accommodating. The view from the top room was also nice.

The rooms were also very nicee. The overall concept of the stay with all the plants and trees made the stays even more pleasent. I would definitely recommend staying here during your visit to Da Nang.

Review: As an architect, I'm happy to stay in a well-designed green architecture building. I just wish they had retained the original interior design in the lobby, since the actual lobby is too plain. They're easy to communicate with, even when there's no receptionist when we arrived. When we reported a malfunctioning hair blower, they replaced it promptly. I highly recommend this hotel - our room had a city view, hot shower, small kitchen and balcony.

Review: A short car ride away from the busy part of town. While there's no receptionist when we were there, the hotel staff was really responsive when we contacted them through WhatsApp.

Overall it's really good for value. Would recommend for people visiting Danang.

Review: Check-in and check-out are very quick and efficient, coming and going is comfortable. The room is clean and fully equipped, not too big but still okay. The TV works smoothly, and the receptionists are nice.

Review: I scrolled through Agoda and found this place. Looking at the pictures, I was quite impressed with the design style. When I arrived to check in, I was quite surprised because the location of the room was very close to the beach, and there were many Koreans in this area. The room was fully equipped, clean, and the price was very reasonable as well. For anyone planning to go to Da Nang, Shelter is also a choice to consider!

Review: This is like Airbnb I've never seen any receptionist but have to call to contact. Room keys were put next to the door honestly anyone can take it and get to your room if u put it there. The room is well equipped with small mini kitchen inside and all new but the bed wasn't comfortable to sleep on, however staffs were helpful to change based on my request. Overall not bad for money but not super duper good either.
