Positive points: Best location. Very easy to get from subway. Room is small but compact with everything you need. Host is helpful, providing all details you need for your stay and fast response.

Review: The apartment is located near to Exit 3 of Hongik University Station, a quieter area, but still within walking distance to the vibrant Hongdae district. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and communication was prompt and helpful. A comfortable and convenient base for exploring Seoul. Would definitely stay again!

Positive points: The host was extremely helpful. Everything was clean. Location was great. Size of the room was enough for one person. Plenty of amenities.

Review: This property has no lift so u need to carry your luggage. I stayed on 3rd floor(last level).nFor solo, room is spacious enough n clean. The bathroom is very small, so if you are big size, it will be tight.nWater dispenser is on every level, n there are microwave n other gadgets to use.nClean towels are also on every level n u can change them when u want.nThere is washing machine n dryer if u need laundry.nThe guesthouse is overall good.nThe location is very convenient.nThe only point is night time, the alley to the guesthouse from hongdae is slight dark and quiet. So just need to be careful.

Positive points: The location is super convenience, near subway station, Hongdae shopping center, many cafe and restaurant. The facility provide every equipment needed, towel (you can pick up yourself), vacuum machine, water dispenser, Hair dryer, Hair straightener, Table, chairs, Sink, plate, etc. The staff is very responsive.
