Seaweed Luxury Villa - Spa

Review: We stayed with our kids for 3 nights this January. We were greeted with some tea and menus to choose the next morning's breakfast. The options were great! We had choices from eggs and omelets, to Vietnamese pancakes, and delicious Vietnamese soups. The plate of herbs for the pho and other soups, soft baguettes with perfect crisp crust, and huge plate of fresh fruit every morning really helped make the meal! Delicious smoothies and coffees as well!
The owners helped with motorbike rentals and laundry for low prices. And they offered to get the pool set up for our kids one night even though we were arriving late.
The room had a nice view overlooking the small, private pool. The floor, at first, seemed a little sticky from the humidity. That quickly changed once we turned on the ceiling fan, so no big deal.
Hot water, fresh towels, and and tea/coffee was always readily available.
The owners and staff don't speak alot of English, but translation apps make that problem go away quickly. They were super friendly, and always accommodating. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to booking with the whole family next time we're in Hoi-an!

Review: I love the service of the staff there! Room is super clean! Location is walking distance to An Bang Beach even it's not walking distance to Hoi An town, you may choose to grab to the town, it's like around 8mins driving distance. Will come back again!

Positive points: We had a great stay here! The family who runs the property are so kind and helpful. They were always ready to hand us an umbrella on the way out or take our ponchos to hang them to dry on the way back in. They even sent us off with some food and snacks for our long train ride.

The room was very comfortable and the shower was hot with great pressure. They cook you fresh breakfast every morning with very large portions. Restaurants and the beach are only a 5-10 minute walk and the property is located on a nice quiet street with a more local feel. We stayed for 7 nights and still wished we could have stayed longer!

Review: Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Room was huge given the price, place was clean and comfortable, location was about a 5 mins walk to the beach. Breakfast was prepared fresh everyday and you can order from a menu the day before. Laundry could be done on the same day. Owned by the sweetest couple/family who takes care of you well

Positive points: This is one of our favourite places that we have stayed during our 8 months of travelling in South East Asia. What originally was meant to be 2 nights has turned into 6 nights, we extended twice because we loved it so much here!

The location is ideal, it is in a really peaceful and quiet area, and it is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and a lot of lovely restaurants, shops and spas. It is also very secure at night time and the door is locked with a bell that you can ring to come in/out as you please.

The property is very new and extremely clean and homey. The room was very spacious, clean and cosy. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels and bottles of water were provided. The beds and pillows are SO comfortable and the TV has Netflix. The shower was lovely with hot water and shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided which smelled really good. There were also toiletries such as toothbrushes provided in the room for free for your convenience.

What made this stay so special was the couple who run this homestay. They were so warm and welcoming, and upon check-in you are greeted with a glass of fresh cold orange juice. You can tell they really want to look after you and make your stay comfortable. They couldn’t have been more accommodating to us.

In the morning they cook you up an AMAZING breakfast which is cooked fresh at a time that suits you. I ordered the pancakes which were really delicious. You get a menu to choose from each morning and there is a large selection of western and Vietnamese options and you also get to choose a drink which ranges from different fresh fruit juices to different coffee options to smoothies. A plate of fresh fruit is also provided during breakfast.

They also provide amazing services such as a laundry service, motorbike rental, bicycle rental, and airport pickup.

We enjoyed our stay here so much, we have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Thank you so much :)

Review: This was, with no doubt, the best place we've stayed so far in Vietname 😃
The owners are Lovely, very caring. Even though there's the language barrier, they always made their best to make us feel at home and comfortable.
Room is amazing, big, very comfortable bed, good A/C and cleanliness is excepcional. They also clean the room and change towels every day.
Swimming pool is not big but is very good and clean. Kids had a great time there.
Breakfast is very good. Besides what we order they always add a plate of fresh fruit (different every day), ginger tea and bottled water.
The place is at 10min walk from the beach, where you can have free towels/sunshade and sunbed from any restaurant.
On the road just before the beach there are many really nice restaurants and coffe shops.
Very close to the Villa there's an amazing small coffee place that we also recommend, the Sunny Coffee Corner 😃
We also used their laundry services and the clothes came well washed and with a lovely smell.
We really recommend Seaweed Villa to anyone who is looking for an amazing stay, close to the beach and for a very affordable price 🙂

Positive points: The room was modern, spacious, and there was a big shower room separate from the toilet. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The air conditioning and ceiling fan worked well. The nice couple who run the hotel were very flexible with our check-in and check out time which helped us a lot, as we had a late departure flight. A different variety of fresh fruits was served every morning as part of a big breakfast. They also provide an excellent laundry service.

Review: This is a nice place with spacious rooms. The hosts were very welcoming and cooked great food. They also helped us with booking Grab. However the location is away from main area which gives you a lot of peace after traveling whole day but if you prefer hustle bustle, look elsewhere.

Positive points: I think the fact that we ended up extending our original intention to stay here for 3 nights to a summer holiday and stayed for 8 nights is the most telling indication of our satisfaction. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, often times we didn't even have time to make a wish and it was granted. As I read a review earlier, really even the laundry didn't smell anywhere like it did in this accommodation. We told the scooters and within moments they were parked at the accommodation. Cleaned up every day, above and beyond the breakfast and drinking regime. Plenty of storage space, working air conditioning, lights, just everything as it should be. A few minutes from the accommodation the beach and not at all hindered by the short walk, one could observe the color of the local people. And an added bonus, which we came upon and only later but I recommend - on the corner before the road towards the beach, an amazing cafe with self-made ice cream, perfect teas and meticulously prepared coffee by weight.

Positive points: A wonderful modern hotel. Pleasant helpful service. Excellent location, close to the sea. Great breakfast to choose from, daily plate of fruit and bottled water. Airport transfer, motorbike rental. There is nothing more to wish for.

Positive points: We had a fantastic stay at Seaweed villas. The rooms were spacious and bright and extremely comfortable. The couple who own the property were so sweet and helpful with all our needs during our stay and it was great be able to rent bikes to go to the beach and into Hoi An old town
