Review:
The receptionists are friendly and supported. But the facility is not good.
The room was not clean probably.
The pillow case were smelly and dirty.
All the towels were worn out around the edges. I asked for another towels and they are even worst. Worn out, smelly (not enough detergent and keep in humid place)
Warm water system for the bath tub is not working probably, as temperature keep going up and down.
Positive points:
1. The price is really really cheap.
2. Big and beautiful room.
3. Close to Mykhe beach.
4. The staffs were really kind and careful.
5. I can use lobby toilet every time.
Negative points:
1. We can hear the sound of rat moving inside the plumb in the middle of the night because we stayed in ground floor.
2. Shower booth looked like to be placed outside the room. It can be cold sometimes.
3. We didn't have door between room and toilet. We slept beside the toilet.
4. Not enough hot water to bath.
5. The sheets of pillow had some smells for 4days. And I could see sand on the blanket after every cleaning.
6. We saw cockroach at our toilet area which has no barrier with our sleeping area.
7. Some people were always singing with karaoke machine outside the hotel.
Review:
The only good thing is that it's cheap.
The facilities are okay for a two star but the big issue is that they have loud chickens and roosters next door that make non stop loud noise at 5 am. So if you want some quiet to sleep, this place is not it.
Positive points: The host (Hien Hoang Lien) was exceptionally good and very helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, making my experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely love to return again in the future!

Review: Friendly staff
Positive points: We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The bed was very comfortable with a great duvet. The view from the balcony was lovely. Hien was the kindest lady and arranged many activities for us during our stay. She was warm and welcoming. If we come back to De Nang, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
Review: The room not cleaned, and bathtub so old, the service not good
Positive points: The room is cozy and very well decorated. The little book of recommendations for cafes and restaurants was super thoughtful and helpful. The staff is also very competent and nice. In other hotels, the AC didn't work properly, e.g. the temperature settings were impossible or the fan setting couldn't be turned off, but here everything worked as it should.
Negative points:
There were some ants on the table when I arrived.
On the first evening, it was quite loud, as there were people in the nearby area who were drinking and singing karaoke.
I couldn't book the room with the bathtub, that was a shame.
Review: large room and very friendly staff. unfortunately there is no lift
Positive points: Staff are super friendly and helpful. They are happy to organise tours for you etc. The decor/aesthetic of this place is great. Netflix in the TV was a nice plus. Laundry across the road was easy to use. Mini mart a few metres away and a quick walk to the beach.
Negative points: While everything looks lovely, the place is filthy. There is dust everywhere, the drains smell & are full of previous guests hair. Shower glass is covered in mould. The building is extremely loud, neighbours woke us each morning at 7am and kept us awake past 12am. Every time there is wind it whistles through the windows. There was a drain emptying noise which was super loud for hours on end through the night. We got locked out because someone locked the door from the inside of the complex and there was a power cut during our stay. Water only stays hot for 3 minutes max so you cannot run a bath or have two showers in a row. Bath also can’t hold anyone over 80kg or it will tip over so be aware of that, it’s plastic not ceramic. I have an extreme dust allergy and this place left me with allergic conjunctivitis.
Review:
The staff is friendly and very helpful, i had a late check in and she gave a very clear instructions beforehand for a self-check in.
The room is spacious for the price.
Positive points: The location is great, right in the heart of Da Nang. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The host of the property, Hien is a cute lady. I'm definitely coming back again.
Negative points: The only feedback I have for them is to figure a way to handle their security lock. Since they don't have security personnel at night, their self lock system makes a huge sound if the pincode is incorrect thereby causing a big sound late at night or early mornings.
Review: My room was spacious and clean, just as shown in the pictures. While it could use a little touch-up, the ambiance was lovely, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it! Plus, its proximity to the beach and nearby eateries is a bonus.
Positive points:
I love the warm welcome! Kudos to the staff especially Hien. Their assistance with tour services is a good deal too. I came during my birthday and they surprise me with a cake. The gesture was so heart warming.
The room was good too and they can clean the room everyday. Location is walking distance to the beach. Overall the stay was great! Staffs are amazing!

Positive points: Reasonable price, walkable distance to the beach. Staff are helpful which they will respond to you as soon as needed
Negative points: No elevator so it’s a challenge if you have a heavy luggage
Review: We spent one night here at Seahorse and it was lovely. Everything we need was there. Nice room design. Decent price for a cosy room with bathtub.
Positive points: Really friendly staff. Hien and Lien are very nice ladies. Room cleaned everyday. Location perfect in quite area near the beach.
