Review: Very near the crescent mall and SECC
Review:
1. Apartment - NOT HOTEL.
2. Owner required deposit AFTER booking. NOT MENTIONED in posting.
3. NOT cleaned.
4. POOR wifi in Master bedroom (NO PORTABLE wifi, as advertised)
5. Only 1 TV in living room with NO CABLE - needed Netflix.
6. UNUSABLE closet doors (when used, it fell out on top of my daughter)
7. Dryer spun but DID NOT WORK
8. OWNER yelled at us when asked if he had a scale. He claimed he owned 20 apts and 'no one's ever asked for a scale! ...
If you’re looking for agreeable, friendly customer service, STAY AWAY!
This is NOT SOMEONE who deserves any support!
