Santa Sea Villa

Review: Firstly I appreciate quiet, and although close to An Bang beach this is a quiet, peaceful location. The structure is more like a hotel than a villa per se, having some 10 rooms. It is a lovely place, and the staff are very friendly and supportive in every way. Breakfast was fair.

Positive points: The room was spacious and super clean with an excellent shower room and very confortable bed. Breakfast was perfect and the staff extremely nice and professional and everything we asked for they provided.
The beach (Cua Dai) is a stone's throw and all around (beach/hotel) there are very good places to eat, drink and relax.
Our stay was at the end of the monsoon period(January) so the sand was not perfect and the water was not pristine, but still, at low tide, it was an excellent place for long early morning walks and if the sun appeared... so did the sun beds and umbrellas!

Review: What a lovely place to be. On a delightful strip. So close to the beach with some ocean view. Refreshing pool too. Despite the loud music from the pub across the lane and the traffic it's very peaceful.

Positive points: Really nice place. Modern, neat, tidy, on a very quiet road and about 50 metres from the beach. Apparently it gets pretty busy around here in December, but it was lovely and quiet when we were here. The Manageress cooks breakfast for you and is very friendly and helpful. Their dog hangs around the lobby and once he knows you he is friendly too. Bicycles are available at no cost and it is nice to have a cycle around the area. Unfortunately there was a typhoon about 10 days before we arrived so there was a fair bit of rubbish on the beach, but it would be a nice beach if it were cleaned up. Its only about 10 minutes by Grab to Hoi An Old Town, but you are away from all the noise and traffic etc. Several restaurants and bars within a lazy 10 minute stroll. We really enjoyed our stay here in this peacefull liitle palce south of An Bang Beach.

Review: Love the pool

Positive points: Lovely spot right on the beach next to esco beach club and another beach club. Beach view and a little pool, perfect for a short beach stay that is close to hoi an. Nice staff too.

Review: Breakfast was pretty basic but certainly enough food. We had a lovely view overlooking the water. Great size fridge to keep your drinks cold but unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t cool the room down enough. Lovely friendly staff and great pool.

Positive points: It’s run by a family and the brothers who manage it are so nice and friendly. They have been extremely attentive to our needs and helped us with anything we asked for. The location is superb. It’s very close to the beach and close to very nice restaurants. The breakfast is simple but delicious. We had an ocean view room and man it was amazing. We slept through the night listening to the lulling sound of the ocean.

Review: Definitely a nice place to stay. Great restaurants and beach clubs nearby. Anytime again!

Positive points: The hotel was fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, spacious, had nice extra amenities, and great air conditioning and a fan. The location was also great! Would definitely recommend

Review: Really nice quiet location away from all the madness of an bang beach or Hoi an, but still close enough to get there. Breakfast pleasant, pool lovely. Beach right across the street (with no buildings blocking view). Room nice. Ocean view worth it.

Positive points: The property is located in a quiet part of the Cam An beach. I initially booked to stay there for 2 nights but extended my stay by a further 3 nights as it was so tranquil. The staff were brilliant with information about where to go, eat etc. I also used their bicycle to explore the area. I would defo go there again!

Positive points: Awesome location right on beach where you can use their beach sun beds. The pool location was great as could have sun section or some shade depending time of day

Review: Fantastic stay that we actually cancelled our Danang booking and extended the stay here. Flee market outside gate on weekends. Beach, beach activities and restaurants outside gate too. Best beef Pho we have ever eaten all over Vietnam

Positive points: A lovely, quiet hotel (no elevator) just a 30m walk to the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers. We had a large room with balcony and sea views which was perfect. Bars and restaurants close by. Ten minute taxi ride into Hoi An old town.

Review: The hotel is ok the rooms clean and the staff excellent but the beach and surrounding area needs a good clean up
Apparently there was a typhoon which hit the area some time ago and it is obvious that nothing has been done to reinstate the beach or to remove the rubbish that has been washed ashore
This is a shame because it detracts from the area as does the overgrown footpaths
There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel which are worth visiting

Positive points: Clean room with nice view of the ocean . Good breakfast . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Nice pool . Close to beach and restaurants.
