Positive points: The place cute and so was the room with the balcony and the bathtub. We were delighted by the kind and thoughtfull service of the lobby boy. He helped us and advised for many little things always with a great smile and provided a great service.

Positive points: The property was in a good location, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Nam was so nice and allowed us to borrow his bikes for the day.

Review: Overall, the place was nice, but the staff were terrible. I had left my money in my room, and some of the staff who entered took it. Had I not confronted them and caused a scene, they wouldn’t have returned it.

Positive points: Free bikes every day were a lovely touch, the host couldn’t do enough for us and the hotel was excellent value! One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Asia!!

Very clean and spacious.We stayed at this place about 6 years ago ones and enjoyed very much.And that's why I decided to book it again for couple of days this visit.And it is still very nice.
However there is an intense construction going on next door, starting 7am in the morning even on Saturday.My personal opinion on such occasion should be offered very big discount.As the disturbance is great.
So if the staff will consider it and you will be offered lower price than usual and don't mind too much the construction noise - go for it🙏🏼The place itself is a gem.

Positive points: The hostel has a really cool vibe. The lounge and garden are cozy and well-designed, perfect for relaxing.

Review: Nice location, less than 10 minutes drive to the old town, in a quiet area with shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and everything was seamless. 1.2m for 4 nights seems great value to me.

Rooms are really nice with a cute balcony. There is a pool too but we didn’t use it. Breakfast is 70k (one meal and one drink) which is good value, but again, we didn’t try it.

Overall I’m very happy with our stay and would recommend/stay again.

Positive points: Staff was very nice, the location was a little bit far from the center, but easy to reach with the bicycles that you can use for free. Room was spacious and looked liked the picture. Beautiful balcony !

Review: Really like how pleasant it is here. You need a motorbike to commute to the old town.

Positive points: First hotel of our trip in the country where I felt it was super extra clean.
Comfy beds, bedding great, clean towels.
Wifi 10/10,same goes for staff. Pool well maintained. Everything great I cannot wait to come back!

Positive points: Nice big room! Bath was a nice touch. Organised taxi to da nang for us . Quiet & provide free bicycles to use anytime which was amazing as it’s about a 15 minute cycle into the old town

Review: We stayed overnight for our trip to Hoi An, but wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore a little bit more. Rural Scene Villa was the perfect home away from home.
