1.0 I’m not HAPPY this hotel. - Son 31-01-2025

Positive points: Near beach

Negative points: It was very noisy when there were people coming to stay and the sound of water pumps on the high floor made it impossible to sleep all night. When checking in the room, the staff gave 1 room lock card, while it was two adults. If you want to apply for another room card, the staff said that when you come back, inform the receptionist to open the room for you. The towels are dirty and black with odour. Suggesting, the receptionist is not as polite as opposing. I will never come back to this hotel.

1.0 Not recommended. Disappointed - Syu 29-01-2025

Positive points: Nothing was good. The facility was bad, the swimming pool was dirty, the service was not good at all.

Negative points: No hot water in the winter is my first time ever experience in my traveling life. It’s ridiculous and the hotel claimed that this is the best they can provide.

Negative points: Could be a little bit noisy on the front but moved to the back and everything was great, apart from occasional rogue Aircon which could be disturbing.in saying that Aircon noise is quite a common nuisance in hotels and apartments

Positive points: Staff were helpful.room cleaning daily .. short walk to the beach..near shops and restaurants

Negative points: No hot water for 3 days ..aircon didn't work .in both our rooms .The fridge in 1 room didn't work the owner was told about the water problem nothing was not just our rooms many guests complained but no great problems I'd stay again..but the water issues need to be fixed hotel could do with tidy up bit of paint and maintenance I'm sure it was a nice place now a little old ..but got the price it's ok

Review: In an email prior to our stay we specifically requested not to be put on a floor surrounded by large families with children. That is exactly where they put us. Right in the middle of a large group of Chinese tourists with multiple young children who used the corridor as a playground starting at 5 am every day. It was horrible. They woke us up early every single morning with their noise. Even with google translate the staff were not concerned and did not move us to a quieter room. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby but the beach is close. We stayed in a "partial" sea view room. Partial was very much an overstatement.

Positive points: Can't really complain at the price. Very close to the beach. Amazing cafe across the street - Banh mi & Coffee NHÀ VIỆT

Negative points: We got in early and the hotel was empty and they wouldn't let us in until 1pm. It's old and out dated. Quite a big of mold in the shower. Tiny amount of toilet paper with no back up. Lots of hotels in the area seem to be in the same condition.

Negative points: The staff were unfriendly. We had a medical problem and needed just some ice cubes and they didn’t help us and we had to go to a hotel nearby.

Negative points: After I checked out, they sent somebody to check my room to see if I used any of the waters even though I said I didn't. But nobody went before I came in to check if there's mold or ants, which there were.
