Positive points: Furama thì nổi tiếng quá rồi. Nhóm mình ở không có gì để chê

Review: Abogo should make it clear when booking that this is a privately managed villa and we are not considered "guests" at Furama Resort (e.g. no pool towels, unable to charge bills to the room etc). Our 3 bedroom villa was next to a construction with loud hammering and drilling starting from 7am, unfortunately we were not informed about it beforehand or even at check in.
The kitchen and outdoor area were not very clean (e.g. rubbish next to the pool) and the housekeeper didn't speak any English which made it hard to communicate.

Review: The villas are running down, need repair but doesn't seem like the management care too much. Buggy service is terrible, they never came we simply decided to walk all the time.
