Review: Great service by staff, Rosy, Lily and Anna. The facility is itself is a bit run-down and needs some upgrading. Amenities such as fresh coffee in the morning, some beach/pool towels for the villa would make the stay more pleasant.
Positive points: Excellent staffs, especially Rosy and Tony.
Positive points: Villa was spacious. Beds and pillows were good. Air conditioning worked well.
Negative points:
We stayed in a 4 bedded villa for 4 nights. Very poor sanitation and maintenance. 2 wash basins were choked. The master bathroom smelt like sewer all the time. 1 toilet could not be flushed properly. Improvement was partial after they sent the plumber. A used sanitary pad greeted us in the master bathroom!!! For this, a staff came to apologise with a fruit platter.
The lock for one of the glass doors which opened to outside was broken. The master bedroom door could not even be closed. Thick dust was visible along the sides of the wardrobes in the bedrooms.
Breakfast was prepared by the cooks in villa. Portions were ok. Taste was average. On the day we had pho, there was no ladle available but the cook returned with one later. On another day when we had soup, the was just no ladle for the soup in the big pot.
The sofa and dining chairs were worn. Very soft. The kind that sinks in. The wooden bench at the entrance had a broken leg. Beware.
We would have left for another accommodation had we not paid so much for the villa which looked so nice on booking.com
Positive points:
If you choose a different menu every morning, a professional chef will come and prepare it on the spot at your desierd time.
There is a small swiming pool and lawn square in front of the villa, so it would be great if you are traveling with children.

Negative points: It was a shame that it rained a lot throughout the trip. Next time, I should choose a nice day. They say nice days are ussally during the summer seasen.

Positive points: Overall, the hotel is beautiful and luxuriously designed, with 2 large communal swimming pools open 24/7. Walking to the beach only takes 3 minutes, or traveling by buggy only takes a few seconds. Just make a request, the staff at the property will respond immediately, they are very cheerful and comfortable. I booked a room that included breakfast, it was delicious and the price was reasonable. If I have the opportunity to return to Da Nang, this will definitely be my favorite place to stay.
Positive points: We all having a memorable trip together here, thanks Rosy so much for supporting us during the time we stayed. The facilities are quite good and new. Our reservation includes breakfast and it makes me very satisfied with the service they bring to us. Having a walk here is relaxing, we walk to the beach every afternoon and take some pictures. ^^
Positive points: This is my fourth visit to Da Nang. I recommend it the most among the accommodations I've visited. Facility service and food(breakfast & BBQ services) is the best for the price. Especially, thank you so much to Rosy for helping me a lot during my stay through Imess. Thanks to her!
