Review: Good customer service.
Positive points: The location was a little bit far to town. No shops and hardly any restaurants near by.
Negative points: The beds were way too hard. Very uncomfortable.
Review: Nice hotel , big room , helpful staff but if you want to take a shower in the morning, there’s no hot water.

Positive points: Well priced, spacious & comfortable. The area is a mix of the new & the old, decent night market and promenade walks, close by. Scooter rental availability. Pleasant enough staff. A comfortable stay.
Negative points:
The seeming grandiosity is lessened by the dismal quality of materials.
The immediate area around the hotel feels incomplete & evidently of dire quality, shocking for an environment that appears so new. (Obviously by no fault of this particular hotel, more an observation of the immediate neighborhood)
The positioning of a security camera directly above the terrace of our room was a bit intrusive, though presumably a clumsy oversight over nefarious intent.

Positive points: The hotel is clean and is in a great location. You can walk to the beach to watch the sunset. You can also walk around the lake area right in front of the hotel. The hotel is better than what I expected.

Negative points: There's no breakfast at the hotel, and none was offered. They take cash only which is terrible for foreigners like us.
