Review: good hotel but need to improve service
Positive points: Location
Negative points: Smelled like cigarettes everywhere, bad soundproofing that I couldn't sleep well because easy to hear someone Karaoke really loud and feel like you are sleeping on the road. The blanket is super small and thin for 2 people. Really bad experience

Review: The location is very central and convenient. The hotel is high-rise so there is a view. The room and hallway are quite stuffy, lacking oxygen. The room is fine, recently renovated, with sufficient amenities and everything is functioning well. Good wifi. The TV works for watching television. The staff is okay. Cleanliness is average.

Review: The staff is enthusiastic and adorable, the accommodation is comfortable with great amenities, and the view is very relaxing. I've stayed here twice and will come back many more times!
Positive points: I don't has breakfast, but great location.
Review: The hotel bathroom sink/cabinet was rotten, the shower faucet was install in reverse (hot water on cold side) and pressure was minimal. The elevator was only turn-on one side or half working. It's runs up and down with lots of noise (scarry). I booked the Suite which the best room in the hotel and ONLY get two old thin and small bath towels. AC units are barely cool and all the vents are dusty.
Positive points: I just love the location because it is in the center
Negative points: The room was old. The room was dirty and messy. The air conditioner wasn’t working. There wasn’t towel, shampoo and shave machine. The staff were very rude. They took my deposit and they didn’t return my deposit until I cry and shouted.They said I drank two bottles of water in the room and they took my 300k. I felt like they scammed me. Being a foreigner, it was hard to explain them. It was the bad experience from booking. com that. I booked a room.
Review: Better than the first hotel we stayed in when I was in Rach Gia no bed bugs.

Review: Its a normal hotel. Nothing supprised.
Review: hardly any rooms full. Hotel not airconditioned. Rooms are but they are in distress. Need deep cleaning and repairs and maintenance. Rooms are small too.
