Review: Rooms are good and clean.
Positive points: Nice and clean
Review: The rooms are clean. The hotel is new. The hotel offers breakfast even though it's not included in Agoda's room policy. However, since it's complimentary, the staff providing the meal is extremely unprofessional. Most guests here are staying to catch the early ferry at 8 AM, but breakfast is only served a la carte starting at 6:30 AM with just one person cooking and serving. Guests have to jump in to help, but the staff member scolds and complains. I think the hotel should move breakfast to an earlier time, like 6 AM, and provide more staff or at least have more professional servers.
Positive points: Nice, clean, comfy, large window. Staff are super helpful and sweet.
Negative points: Air con remote is a bit confusing to use
Review: The hotel is clean, new, the staff are enthusiastic, and it's convenient for getting to the ferry terminal. The elevator needs maintenance (it's noisy).
Positive points:
Friendly staff and clean hotel. We left early morning nonetheless they prepared breakfast and coffee for us.
It is located next to the harbor from Phu Quoc, perfect localisation.
Value for money.

Negative points: Receptionist require to hold customer’s ID card during the stay despite customer’s disagreement. Legally, hotel has no rights to keep customer’s ID card.
Review: Despite being a little dusty , the place was generally very clean . Breakfast was simple, but good . They didn’t know much English, but did everything they could to accommodate us . Very kind and welcoming staff.

Pro: clean, affordable, very modern
Con: no window in room (need to specify that in the list), refrigerator does not get cold at all (staff stated it work as it intended), room not well insulated (lots of noise can be heard from outside the room. When it rains, you can hear rain splatter on the roof. Bathroom skin drain very slow.
For the price, I would stay again but would request room on the 1st floor to avoid all those noise from the roof when its raining and a window in the room.
Positive points: Comfortable beds and good air condition
Negative points: No hot water for shower on the 2nd night. Plumping fixture is broken. Sewer odo from the bathroom.
Review: Lovely hotel and nice staff. Not great breakfast and a bit away from the center. But a very nice stay and the staff was very helpful! Quite modern!
Positive points: Elevator and help with luggage. Breakfast options were good both western and vn style.
Negative points: Glass bathroom and was less than average imo, harder beds, a bit further from the boats than preferred if carrying roller luggage.
