Review: friendly staffs. The rooms were clean. The bath tub is higher than standard so be careful when you step in or out of the tub.

Review: My family stayed here and our two small children really enjoyed the pool. The pool is clean. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The staff is gentle and polite.

Review: My family has a young child who loves the pool, but the pool here is small and the water isn't clean. The staff is enthusiastic, and breakfast is decent. However, I feel the hotel’s scale doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. I rate it 7/10.

Review: Convenient for travel, beautiful location, clean rooms, friendly and nice staff. The breakfast is quite delicious. However, the hotel often lacks hot water at night, which is a bit inconvenient.
I hope the hotel can fix this so that more tourists come to Hoà Bình - Rạch Giá Resort.

Review: Everything was fine except for the gym room. There were very few, basically no, appropriate equipment for training, and instead, there were two billiard tables. The worst part is that there were ashtrays in the room, making it a smoking area. It's definitely not recommended to exercise in that environment. I had to exercise outside in the morning. Overall, the facility gets zero points for exercising room
