Positive points: I love the cleanliness of the room. The staff are also very helpful, and the location of the hotel is right next to McDonald's, and that was excellent. it's easy to grab lunch and dinner

Positive points: Extremely helpful and kind staff. rnDue to sudden illness we had to make arrangements, additional days at the hotel etc. No problem at all-our requests met empathy and kindness.rnMOdern, clean rooms. Services like free water, cooled and hot drinks at reception, day and night. rnHelp with getting transport etc.

Review: The property's location was fantastic, making it easy to access nearby shopping areas. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. The facilities were impressive, and the room size was comfortable. We had no issues with hot water, and parking was convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent staff and great facilities.
Positive points: Location is good. Can check in 30 mins earlier.
Negative points: Water is not hot. Bedsheet is quite dirty.
Review: The location was fantastic, making it easy to access shopping and transportation. The staff were exceptional and the housekeeping kept the room and bathroom clean. The facilities were good with a nice view. Overall, a great value for a comfortable stay.

Review: Worth of money and everything is fine. The facility also support our stay. There is McD next to the hotel for the rescue meal. Easy to get online car’s booking

Negative points: It's not clean enough (some stains on the blanket), the check in process is weird. I was asked to pay first by transfer a few days before my date, and when I checked in the staff still asked for me to pay again. Thankfully he understood after I explained & showed the evidence. But it shows the lack of coordination between staffs.rnThey also weren' ready enough when I checked in, there was not towel yet, & no tissues at all in the room.
Review: Overall, a good choice for a stay on a budget. No major complaint, just don't expect too many facilities. Anything else was fine.
Positive points: Location is good, close to shopping and entertainment centers in BSD nnnext to the building there is a McDonald's.

Review: Pretty much basic needs is provided here. Nice place with a budget saving.
Positive points: Good deal for the area, plus the bed is nice and the ac is cool. It also have decent room size. nThere's a bunch of street food vendors about 100m from the hotel, also McDonald's right on the side of the hotel, so it is easy if you need to find food any time of the day. nCheck in a bit slow though
Negative points: I'm not a fan of the capsule bathroom/toilet, it is super cramped and the drainage needs a bit of improvement as the toilet parts floor keeps getting wet from the shower but cannot get dry.
