Positive points: friendly, sincere, honest staff. I left my earphone in the room after i check out, they staff informed me and safe keep for me.
Negative points: noise from road despite high floor
Review: The hotel very recommend, the food has many variation and the taste is good, hospitality service very great, my room hair dryer not good condition —as long still working still ok. Overall is great so except the hair dryer everything is great and worth! :) can’t wait to come back very soon

Positive points: Everything is perfect. Even the view from the room is mesmerizing. Breakfast service offers lot of varieties.
Negative points: Waiting for elevator can be long especially during breakfast and checkout time.
Review: The room was spacious but the handle shower is epic, it was leaking so the water pressure is low. I also found stains on the bedcover. nnBut overall still okay for a stay.

Positive points: The food was great. They have different varieties of foods.
Negative points: The lift took so long to get up and down. They need to upgrade their lifts, because they have a lot of guess which is nice.rnrnAnd then the room where we stay 1704, the telephone always beeping every after 30 seconds day & night. It's disturbing especially at night when we're sleeping.
Review: We're stay in family suite room. It's spacious room for 3adults n 1 teenager. Various of breakfast menu, and it was tasty. I like gudeg.
Positive points: Breakfast top quality! The view from the room also super nice.
Negative points: Swimming pool water is very cold. Parking lot is very complicated.

Negative points: swimming pool very very very small, disappointingrnrnkids club did not keep the promise / agenda, my grandson was expecting drawing event but the Kids Club of the Hotel suddenly cancel the event without prior information, very annoying, my grandson shocked how come adults behaved like that....
