Review: I missed my flight twice, so I was very tired. I quickly searched on Agoda and found a place near the airport and the Con market, so I booked it right away. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and worth the price. If I come back to Da Nang, this will be one of my highly recommended options for everyone. The apartment has a kitchen with pots, pans, plates, and utensils. The room is cool and fragrant.
Positive points: Front desk staff “too” very helpful. Nothing a problem
Negative points: Pool wasn’t like picture

Review: Staffs are friendly, great location, room are clean, as there's many foods stall within the surrounding. Banh Mi Ngon just next to the hotel are super delicious. we will definitely come back again on our next DaNang trip. Thank you.
Positive points: Convenient location, quiet in the room although it is by the road, beds were firm and comforable, aircons work well, hot water for shower
Negative points:
Taking a shower means the whole bathroom is wet as there is no separate shower area. And although we got change of towels, the bathroom wasnt cleaned
Also no mugs for drinking. Only dainty Chinese tea cups

Positive points: The hotel was near to Danang station with lots of restaurants close by. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer in the room as well as washing powder. The staff were very helpful.
Negative points: Hotel not easy to spot from the road. Early check in was not possible. When I got into the apartment, the bedroom was clean but the kitchen wasn't quite as clean as it could be. There was also an ant problem. There was no kettle in the room - had to ask for reception. It was fine for a one night stay before early start to the train station but wouldn't stay again.

However, there is some noise and dust on the side of the street.
But the best accommodations for falsetto.
Positive points: Clean, private bathroom, separate bedroom, felt safe, except if there was a fire I may have been trapped due to difficulty opening and closing the door. The apartment was tastefully decorated.
Negative points: Firstly, I booked this only to use the pool day 1 after a crazy week prior of travel. The only reason I booked this apartment. The pool was dirty and not usable. They fixed it the next day but I didn’t get to use it because I only had free time on day 1. Had I known, I would not have booked this place. Also the door was very difficult to lock and unlock, and the front door is frosted so there was always light coming in from the hallway outside. The kettle was broken. The button would not depress, so I had to hold it down and stand there waiting for the water to boil. Disappointed. I would rather have stayed in a hostel.

Pros: good location, helpful and friendly staffs. Very clean.
Cons: rocky entrance so it’s a bit hard for those with heavy luggages to get in and out.
Positive points: Excellent staff. Went out of the way to help us while we were there. The girl at the reception even drove me to pharmacy late at night. Beautiful bunch of people managing the place!
Negative points: The apartment had a bit of a dull vibe. The sofas were stained the toilets had issues, the shower stopped working and the beds creaked.
Review: You can find much better value apartment style family rooms in Da Nang. The poos was Super tiny and not usable during our stay - workers doing repairs. Not a good value for the money. The staff was Super friendly and helpful, and the location was good.
