PHUOC MY AN BEACH HOTEL DANANG

Review: This is not a new hotel, please check for mould by the windows. Room need paint removed and waterproofing done to prevent further mould.
I had my room change because it had mould in it. The staff are helpful and oolit. They do have to use Google translate if it is anything more than checking in and out. Room cleaned everyday and sheets changed. Very tidy and clean. Free water every day. No hot water though. So just be careful when booking, lived my sea view. Breakfast ok, but if you don't like Vietnam breakfast then need to plan on eating out in the mornings. But good value for money in my situation.

Review: Carpet in the rooms made the room smell. Had to keep the windows open despite all the noise. When we closed the window we would wake up coughing and stuffy. The breakfast is a joke. Would not recommend unless you are really needing a real cheap place.

Review: Spacious room king bed both ocean and city views. Breakfast is included but not consistently good, better to eat outside. It’s next to the temple. I can see the status of lady Buddha in the courtyard and randomly worshippers from my room. Outside pool but no gym in the building.

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were genuinely impressed by their level of care and attention to detail. The receptionist Ms Thao May deserves a special mention for her Overall professional conduct and helpful nature.
Overall, a truly remarkable experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Only Drawback:
Please note that there is no buffer breakfast as given in the listing. Instead they have a selection of six fixed menus but NOTHING for vegetarians.

Review: An amazing hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. The room was spacious and airy with a big balcony. I was out of season and breakfast was pretty small but everything else was really good.

Positive points: Breakfast was very minimal.
Location was excellent. Room was very big and comfortable. Bathroom was also very spacious. Staff were excellent and helpful. We stayed 4 nights from 21st Feb.

Review: 5 mins from beach and short walk to markets and Dragon Bridge. Lots of restraints nearby. Breakfast was the only disappointment.

Positive points: It's a local food, include vietnam noodle and beef, they say it "bun bo". it is very delicious
