Review: Arrived at 5am to check in after sleeper bus from Hanoi. Bed and pillows were really comfortable, toilet clean. It was a great stay!

Hotel is new, has an elevator and in a quieter part of town. The bed mattress is excellent, the most comfortable I have found anywhere in Vietnam.

Hotel lacks an included breakfast. Ha Giang has no restaurant with a good western menu especially for breakfast.

Reception staff was very helpful providing advice and assisting with booking transportation.

Definitely recommend.

Positive points: Nice spacious room with aircon. We only stayed for half a night before starting the loop though. Was easy to check in late and leave early :)

Review: I am traveling with a group of four people and we rented two rooms. The rooms are very new and spacious, and the hair dryer is powerful. The location is excellent, right in the center so we can walk to dinner. There is also a small supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.
