Perfect Long Stay Hotel Da Nang Beach

Review: Wi-Fi sucks, stayed in this hotel for 6 days check in with front desk staff been told that house keeping take out trash every second day change towels in third day change bedsheets 6th days, it didn't specify on their hotel web page, house keeping are not very friendly, no hand towels, fifth day the electric kettle broke down, didn't ask to change, floor above me guests worn shoes inside the room with hard shoes bottom constantly stumped the floor, I read a bad review in the internet but, it was too late for me to cancel the booking, also someone banged my room door at 9 pm when I opened the door I saw a breakfast coupon on the floor I guess it was the hotel staff, the free breakfast buffet is not to attractive so I only had one time,.

Positive points: The location is not bad, but the hotel is so dirty, the cleaners are so bad, they behave bad and misrespect with bad word, they have very very bad cleaning 🤮

Review: We received a free breakfast each day and it was very good.

Positive points: Room is clean enough and comfortable - though a bit run down. Shower has hot water. Luggage storage if you arrive early or leave late. Rooftop terrace is nice enough (though it could use more seats) - you can just see both the dragon bridge (but not the fire) and the bay. Not great for sunset - maybe in a different part of the year. Fifteenish minute walk to the beach. Large breakfast buffet including: rice, noodles, soup, vegetables, tofu, fruits, bread, and drinks.

Review: Filthy. Threadbare towels. Found a broom in the hall so I could sweep the dust bunnies from under the bed.

Positive points: The room AC wasn't very good. Other than that it was ok.

Review: I dont want to but One of receptionist not kind at all. I asked for a towel after 1 day used and she said this hotel a towel must use for 3 days...omg!!! So bad. Everything in this room so old and my Mom's bed side doesnt have blanket.... So sorry but we are not come again

Review: This place was filthy dust bunnies under the bed, black mold in the bath.

Positive points: The room is good size but tired. Not very clean either. Provide breakfast but the coffee and food are cold. Can do better.

Positive points: The room was decent, it had a nice bed, bath/shower, desk, mini fridge, kettle and a mini side balcony.
Breakfast did the job, usually the same food on offer but it was nice.
Rooftop terrace has an incredible view of the city!
