Review: Overall sayisfied with 2 day stay in this beautiful hotel with greenery everywhere. The belcony view is splendid, wish I had the view though on the other side facing Marina Bay. Staff are very helpful and nice.

Positive points: Very beautiful hotel and has a great location but is overpriced for the service. Staff can be more friendly, reactive, and professional for the price. Long waits for anything you'd ask, serving, etc

Review: Staff friendly. Nice hotel. Decent view even though it’s not facing MBS side. Lovely bay window integrated with balcony, not a common design for hotel rooms. TV cannot be connected to phones despite following the instructions. We tried three different phone brands and we do this during our monthly staycays at other hotels so I think it’s the TV in that room with an issue. Minor tardiness - housekeeping forgot the hand soap and toothbrushes. Could still smell the chlorine in the toilet so they likely just finished cleaning before our check in. All in all, good stay but can be better.

Review: I stayed at Park Royal Marina Bay to celebrate my anniversary! We requested for a high floor with bathtub and was given it. It was such an amazing stay. We were surprised when we received macaroons! They even made sure to call in and check that everything is okay with us. Whenever we request for something, it comes within 5 minutes. I would definitely come back. The swimming pool has an amazing view of the city skyline and the kids play area is clean & comfortable. Thank u again

Positive points: The location, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness,the spa and the pool facilities. The food was not bad, but the reason is that we are not used to Chinese, or Asian food. The variety of cheese and sausage sorts can be/should be better.
