Pariat River Front Hotel Da Nang

Review: I am in Da Nang from Australia for dental treatment and to enjoy Da Nang and Vietnam which I have visited pre coved. Vietnamese excell in customer service and they are courteous to a fault. This hotel may not be the Hilton but it is pleasant, clean, affordable to an elderly person on a budget, and has lots of charm, from the traditional paintings on the walls to the tiles and furnishings. It has access to everything and is on the ruver near the dragon bridge. I see the ruver and enviro s lit up every night. I have extended my stay while my dental work is being done.

Review: Stayed here around Lunar New Year week. And still the cost per night was affordable. The location was perfect cos its along the Han river, walking distance to Dragon bridge and near to restaurants. Even it was holiday, you can still find restaurants that are open.
The hotel building and room were bit old. If you are sensitive with noise then you have to bring an ear plug. Seems no sound proofing. When somebody is talking loudly on the hallway, you will hear it clearly from the room.
And the downside was the cleaners. They were knocking the door at 8:30 in the morning to do housekeeping. Its not common on any hotels (even in other countries) to do that early. They should have notified the guess during checkin.

Review: I booked 3 rooms in total, only one room had hot water. I asked the staff to adjust the hot water but it was no use. Luckily Danang is not a cold city, otherwise we would have been in trouble. The bed and pillows had a little bit of a bad smell. The advantage is that it is near Han Market and Dragon Bridge. Recommended if staying for a few nights. If staying for several nights, I do not recommend it.

Positive points: Absolutely shocking , the room smell so bad, extremely dirty ,the room is very old and has mould in the bathroom , have ants or bedbugs , the fridge didn’t work , the aircon turn off , room smell damped and staff refused to give us refund even though we checkout out at 11pm , due to unbearable

Review: The shower didn’t work, only the bath. Window didn’t close properly so there was lots of street noise.
Beds were comfortable.
