Positive points: The location was good.

Negative points: There was no breakfast under construction. Tge breakfast bento they offered for next day was cold and not fresh. The restaurant was under construction. I wish I would known. The bathroom walls had stains on it. It hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bidet was broken. It was not working. There was lack of communication in facility usage when I had arrived from the airport such as where the exit doors were, if there was a gym, if there was water in their room, how to find the hotel. I was stuck with suitcases as a foreigner because the hotel was hard to find. When checking in the staff directed me to the staff elevator I pointed to the staff sign however he told me it was OK to go up. I was using that elevator and then was yelled at the next day by cleaning lady.

Review: Hotel is very clean, well located for access to restaurants and shopping at Gangnam road. International staff are polite and helpful. nMale Korean staff was dismissive even I used translation app to ask for assistance.

Positive points: Please DO NOT stay in room 504 … I felt like it was a party outside from 12am - 5am …. Too much noise… couldn’t sleep because of it.

Positive points: The staff was very helpful. The air conditioner was broken they sent the technician to the room so quick. After confirm that the air conditioner was broken, the staff immediately change the new room for us. nOther than that, the location was great. It close to everything.

Negative points: There was a construction close to the hotel. There was some noisy sound but no problem for me.

Review: The hotel has an excellent location with the subway a couple minutes away by walking. There are also many cafes nearby which I enjoyed every morning. The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very polite.
