Review: I stayed with my family and 3 kids (USD5 per kid as extra charge). Nice breakfast and clean hotel but no swimming pool.

Review: Love the place small and amazing rooms

Positive points: Địa điểm dễ tìm. Khu dân cư nhiều tiện ích. Nhân viên thân thiện. Cô nhân viên buồng phòng đáng yêu và làm rất tốt. Nhà hàng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, món ăn cơ bản nhưng ổn. Nhân viên bàn niềm nở, lễ phép. Các bạn lễ tân hữu ích. Phòng mình ở không rộng nhưng có ban công rất thoáng, đầy đủ tiện ích, ấm cúng sáng sủa.

Review: I had a very nice stay at the Nature hotel during Tet. All of the staff, especially Huong ly, who helped me when I was sick, were very helpful and friendly.

I booked through Agoda but I don't understand why they keep referring to something called mybook, and the staff was not flexible, insisting that I had to check in through that site even though I repeatedly said I didn't know what that was. My friends' other two rooms were also in the same situation they were quite rigid and insisted that guests had to check in through that site before allowing them to check in, which was quite annoying. I don't understand how they run their business Agoda should look into this.
