Positive points: Very good attention buy the front desk
Review: Great location with easy access to food and transportations. However room's sound proofing can be improved. It tends to get noisy at night due to pubs below and also from other rooms.
Positive points: The staff are amazing and the hotel clean and nice and its in the best location where everything close to you.nnAlso they have washing machine you can use for free.
Negative points: Nothing

Positive points: - The location is strategic. 2-3mins of walk to bus/train station. The whole area is very central, close to all attractions. We went home at 1am in the morning and it's still crowded, very safe area to walk aroundn- the host is welcoming and quick to communicate. They welcomed us with smiles n- The room is very good. Comfortable. We can have 4 small luggages opened at the same time. Good for 2 ppl. n- The bathroom is good for an accomdation of such, spacious, has all toiletries you need. n- The room is clean, basic ammenities. Happy with it.
Negative points: Not that I didnt like, just something to keep in mind nnThe area is quite crowded and full of bars so expect some noises on weekends. I am not sensitive to noises but ppl who are should keep this in mind. nnYou will not have room clean for the entire stay. And have to separate gabbage on your own.

Review: Highly recommended! Very near to convenience stores, subway and bus stations. Room was also very neat and comfy to stay in with laundry, drinking water and microwave available for use anytime

Negative points: Bring your earplugs, because music from the street will keep playing till the morning ( maybe 4a.m.). We always have earplugs, so it wasn't such a big issue for us.nAlso, take notice that the ahower is the whole bathroom, there is no separated shower area:D But that was not a big problem, cause the floor dries during the night.
Review: Very comfortable room, near with train station, CU, olive young, kind of helpful with last minute skincare shopping😂
Positive points: It was very easy to locate. Both walkable and car accessible. Easy to pin location on maps. The building has elevator.
Negative points: There was no hand soap in the communal sink, only sanitizing gel. No floor mat as well at our room door and the bathroom door.
Review: This is our 2nd time stayhere. The room is very clean and comfortable, and we can feel the owner's care. And he is also responsible to reply to messages in the middle of the night.. Worth recommending
Positive points: Definitely In the middle of a place that has many bars and restaurants.nMany places to hang out with friends.
Negative points: Not really a family place.nNo parking to be found other than the road and that's really not that good
Review: Travelled with our 2 kids. Perfect for family. The place was very accessible and near myeongdong. Staff has a filipina staff which made conversations smooth. Great value for money
Positive points: Excellent Location. Jonggak station is just a minute away. Multiple restaurants and cafes.nnAlthough the area can get very loud at nights, you don't hear a thing while in the rooms.
Negative points: Bath towels were not provided. Just a lot of hand towels.nnNo house keeping. So cleaning needs to be handled by the guest.nnCheck out time is at 11.
Review: Great location, downstairs a lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Myeongdong Street.
Positive points: convenient location and good facilities. happy to have aircon too that was self adjustable.
