Review: I booked a so-called "Deluxe" room, only to be dumped in a space where the main door faces the busy stairwell and hallway, offering zero privacy. The property shamelessly uses deceptive photos of the rooftop, leading me to believe I’d be getting a room with a view. Instead, I was stuck in a cramped and noisy room. Moreover, soundproofing was a joke - you can hear every noise from the alley, making it impossible to rest well.

The room was filthy, with stained bedsheets and towels. Avoid this place at all costs.

Agoda's customer service was just as terrible, taking hours to respond and offering no help.

The place is great, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the location is centrally located.

There is a pool but it is quite shallow.

The architecture is quite unusual with all windows facing the inner courtyard, that means some rooms have less privacy especially when near the stairs. But on my 2nd night I requested a room change to the 3rd floor and it's much more private. There's plenty of greenery to enjoy. Love this place.

Positive points: The place is as beautiful as seen in the pictures! Since the balconies go to the inside, it's quite calm.
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We also liked the breakfast, which you choose one day in advance (we tried pancakes, steamed dumplings and once Pho, there are also egg options).
The room was very modern and new and the bed comfy.

Positive points: Super nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I stayed for six nights and couldn't have wished for a better place to start my journey!

Positive points: The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was convenient to get to and we could easily walk to nearby attractions or hail Grabs when needed. The staff were lovely and friendly - they were accomodating and helpful (e.g. helping us to book restaurants, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs). Breakfast provided was home-cooked and we enjoyed it! The room we were in was so spacious and well-organised!

Review: Overall, we had a very pleasant experience staying here.

Pros: Clean clean clean!! We took the pool side room and it was amazing. We didn’t use the pool much as it was super cold due to the weather. But it was such a vibe to at least sit by the pool. The location was also really convenient with the dragon bridge and night market being super near.

Con: The water heater would on and off automatically, which make showering a little tough. The breakfast could have a little more variety as well. For some reason we thought it was a buffet. But instead, it was more like they would provide about 3 options to choose from. But it was very yummy though!!

Positive points: Friendly helpful staff. Tasty al la carte breakfast. Clean tidy. Amazing price.
