Positive points: The facilities are great, everything looks so new and clean, the design is very nice. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Negative points: The linen are a bit worn out, probably a good idea to replace them.

Positive points: Good bed, enough water in the shower, fridge and water boiler. The staff is doing their very best.

Negative points: Far from down town Hanoi, 2 h walk. The staff do not speak english, if you have a problem,forget to get help.nA pretty big bathtub, next to the bed, very odd, but maybe mor common in Asia.
