Luxury Apartment in Altara Building with Ocean View

Positive points: -Check in/out process were quick and stress-free. Henry (the manager) met us in the lobby when we arrived, gave us the key cards to our place and asked us to go ahead to go to the apartment, he will bring our luggage up. He brought all of our luggage up to the apartment a few minutes later. We settled the rental fee, as customary for most rentals in VN where the rental fee is paid upon arrival. I didn't even need to pay a deposit. When I checked out, I was just told to leave the keycards on the counter and lock up the place as we exited.
-When we entered the apartment, there was a big bottle of water with a spout for us to use. It lasted the entire stay.
-There were a washer and a dryer, with detergent for us to use. Wifi was good.
-Henry was very responsive to messages. Anytime I messaged him, he responded almost immediately. We asked him for restaurant recommendations and he gave us his honest opinions, which were to avoid seafood restaurants along the beach as their prices are high.
-The master bathroom is large, with room to move around. The closet is quite large
-The beach is literally across the street, but we didn't use it. All rooms had partial beach views, but the views are diminished by an abandon building next door.

Review: We stayed in the property with our 2year old son and the room was well maintained. It fully equipped and Henry was always available to help us out. Highly recommend it

Review: Nice apartment and location near the beach however not a lot of choices for a variety of food compared to downtown.

Review: Near the beach and great ocean view. Spacious and well equipped apartment. The only issue is the bed: it's very soft and uncomfortable. We had some bed bugs as well. There is a blinking smoke detector on top of the bed, which can affect the sleep, if you are sensitive to light.
