Luna Verde Hotel Hoi An

Positive points: The property was very well maintained and close walk or bike ride to the Old Town, but still very quiet. Also some very tasty restaurants nearby.

Positive points: Clean and cosy hotel in an excellent location for visiting Hoi An. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the pool a lot. Good and very friendly communication and support from the staff members during our stay, thank you very much )

Positive points: We arrived and decided to move to alternative accommodation. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, however, we felt that the accommodation was not what we were expecting. It had more of a backpacking vibe, the room had a strange smell and the bed linen was stained. It’s a shared balcony overlooking a backyard full of trash. As friendly as the staff were, this is not how we wanted to end our trip in Vietnam. I have no doubt that many would enjoy their stay at Luna Verde but it wasn’t quite the 5 star experience as others had rated.

Positive points: The staff were super friendly, happy to help recommend good places to eat and things to do.
There were bicycles available for guests to use free of charge - which I did. The location is tucked just off a main road so you aren't affected by honking traffic! Loved posting up by the gorgeous pool and really getting into a book and a beer.

Positive points: Very helpful and nice staff, the pool is great ! You can take a grab to go everywhere, around 10 mn from the Old town.

Positive points: Little gem in the center of Hoi An, ideal to relax in a peaceful and beautiful environment at the doorstep of the old town. Luna and her team made me feel super welcome all along my stay. The breakfast facing the swimming pool was just so lovely and there are quite a few places walking distance for lunch & dinner as well. I will certainly come back in my next travel to Vietnam.

Positive points: Luna and her staff are super friendly. She helped us book bus tickets to our next destination and she is very responsive through WhatsApp. The pool area is amazing and the place is really cozy to relax. There are some bikes you can use to get around, or walk 15-20 minutes to Old Town. We absolutely loved our stay!

Positive points: Great new hotel, with a lovely host, staff and 2 tortoises. Still some room to improve, but on a very good way! Enjoy your stay there :)

Positive points: Luna was super friendly and personable. She speaks excellent English and is keen to help her guests and make the hotel as best as possible!
The place had only been open for 6 days when we arrived, we were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, and were kindly invited to the hotels soft-launch opening party (even after we'd checked out). We were able to leave our bags there after checking out and use the pool before leaving later in the day.
The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and hard to find elsewhere without a much more expensive price tag! Breakfast (including iced coffee and juice) was also scrumptious and deceptively filling.
I would certainly come back here again and have every confidence Luna will make this place 100% perfect!
