Review: Been to Seoul for the past 10years but this is the first time we stay in this hotel. nI MuSt say, their service has impressed me, the grand hotel lobby, awesome service team, cleaner, bell boy are all providing Top notch service! nThe room were huge and grand! nWe will definitely switch to staying in Lotte from now on! nThanks Lotte staffs for the impeccable services!!!

Staff were very friendly and because we were travelling in a big group and needed to care for elders, the hotel upgraded one of our rooms so that the family could stay in the same floor. Impressive hospitality! nnHotel is very clean and location is great with departmental store just right at basement with plenty of food choice and myeongdong shopping street just 5 mins walk. Truly 5 star experience and service! Definitely return to the hotel again.

Positive points: The location, cleanliness and attention to details. I haven’t called and requested anything and was delayed. Everything on point and the lounge restaurant has good coffee and menu as well. Ther is an escalator to the mall which is one of the luxurious is the city. A lot of unique and international brands and we had a good shopping experience.

Review: It was my first time to travel in South Korea and this place didn't disappoint me. It has a lot of food options and nearby shopping areas. The staffs were very helpful. I availed the room with Club access and it offered a lot of perks! Celebrated my birthday during this trip and got a room upgrade! That was really awesome! I really appreciate it. Room service was also very fast. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Looking forward to come back soon.

Review: The room interior needs an upgrade asap. The door and wardrobe’ laminations are coming apart. Not what I would expect from a 5* hotel. Not worth the money.

Positive points: Upgraded to the Executive tower. Location, staff, cleanliness, super comfortable beds and pillows.nVery good sound insulation, inspite of being very close to the elevator, never heard sounds from outside. Great room size.nLoved the Diptyque amenities in the bathroom. The little details that matter, like multiple chargers were already provided in the nightstand, complimentary water was replenished on request, excellent coffee (unbranded coffee pods) and tea. Lots of charging points.
