LIVIE Da Nang Style

Review: This is the second time we have chosen LIVIE for our vacation. They have a delicious restaurant and cafe on the first floor. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is quite convenient, and the nearby beach is deserted. I highly recommend it to those who want a relaxing vacation experience, need tranquility, and do not travel too many places. We stayedđ in the hotel for four days. Absolutely relaxing!

Review: I was really disappointed with my stay at Livie Da Nang. I had high hopes after seeing the nice photos, but that's largely where the positives end.

From the beginning, there was sporadic and bad/awkward communication from "the Livie team" - unclear whether this was some remote management or someone on site. They asked for my preferred communication platform and for my contact information there, so it was their prerogative to try to be proactive with the communication, but they would have been better off doing nothing. The night prior, I had asked for early check-in if available. I understand this is not always possible, which is fine. But despite saying that it should be fine, it turns out they couldn’t even have it ready by the 3pm check-in guarantee. This was really disappointing.

It was a cold check-in process. Very impersonal - it feels like it's designed to minimize human interaction (I basically had to search around for someone to help me check in, since I did not receive the check-in instructions by text until later that evening. It appears that someone from management was there present during my check-in, sitting a few feet away, but never bothered to acknowledge me or say hi, or welcome, or anything.

More cons: For at least 20 minutes, no hot water in the shower. Then it would go from scalding hot to cold and nothing in between. Very poor sound insulation - could hear everything from the street, next door rooms, and cafe seating below. There were bugs inside of the room. There was a light flickering on and off automatically, when I was just sitting at the edge of the bed. This was super annoying.

The one employee I met was nice but I felt like she was dealt a bad hand by management.

Lastly, just for the cherry on top - I received the check-out message received 5 hours after checking out (which I did in person and via text).

This place has potential, as it is nicely designed, but it seems to be very neglected by management currently and has zero personal touch.

Positive points: room is big, with cooking facilities

Review: Great stay at a reasonable price. The underground bar was definitely my favorite! I would recommend this place if you're not too particular.

Positive points: The staff is lovely and the room are confortable. A plus for the one who are Korean food lover. Food quality is good

Positive points: Hotel is beautifully designed with lot of greenery. Room is clean. The staff are very friendly too. You can get korean food at their own restaurant. There is a bar at the basement but we didn't get the time to visit. They have a piano at the lobby which is a plus point!

Review: Favourite hotel in Da Nang!

Positive points: We were.moved to another new building and apparently has bigger room. We loved it! Less than 10min walk to beach, night market is just next street and is surrounded by eateries and cafes.

Review: We had a great 2 nights stay at Livie Danang. Our room is clean and there is a small kitchen area which is really convenient. The location is good, though might not be the ideal spot as it is not walking distance to the centre. However, we travel mostly by grab which is really convenient and affordable too. Overall a good stay and highly recommended to those who are still considering.

Positive points: The cleanliness of the property was absolutely amazing and the staff were very helpful!

Review: The photos published are misleading. The room is extremely hot and humid. The centralised air condition doesn’t seem to work after all. The room door is fragile, can be easily break into our room. I paid 1.2m vnd for a room with no amenities, no service, and a terrible room, in return you get an angry customer.

Positive points: New property I guess. Everything is ready and clean all the time. Downstairs has a coffee shop that you may want to stay little longer if you wait for the flight. The staff were so friendly. Everything is beyond our expectations
