Lem's Apartment & Coffee

Review: Our family had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was excellent, with easy access to the airport. The facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious rooms and well-maintained garden. The staff were friendly and provided great housekeeping service. We had a peaceful night's sleep and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for families with young children and senior citizen.

Review: The apartment offered excellent value for money with impeccable cleanliness and a helpful staff. The convenient location and great facilities, including transport access, housekeeping, and a lovely garden, made our stay truly enjoyable.

Positive points: First off I’d like to say this is a super cute apartment, close to the beach and shops and wonderful restaurants. Communication was great, staff were super helpful and the place is somewhere you enjoy staying.

I stayed here for 2 nights, on the second day I got really sick with a kidney stone and infection. I was in really bad shape, in a place I didn’t know and completely on my own. Phuong was incredible, she took me to the hospital, translated for me, stayed with me, even mopped up my sick face, she was an absolute angel and I can’t thank her enough. She showed me such kindness and it will be something I never forget.

Review: It got a kitchen and plates incase you’d like to cook in, got a large balcony to sit in and watch the view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, with residential houses nearby so you can sleep in silence at night.

Positive points: Room was awesome, like in magazines! It’s very nice to have your own coffeehouse downstairs. Totally recommend!

Positive points: Len’s place is the best decision for our Da Nang month nomadic stay! The place hits all points:

Fantastic location (mins away from beach, cafes and restaurants, and a local farmers market at door step). It’s hide away from all traffic so we never had issues with noise during our stay, quiet, and peaceful. What we love the most is the coffee in the morning we can get downstairs.

Price: amazing! Value is 10/10. Love the big windows with light!

Host: the family is so friendly, everyone is always there to help, you can rent bike, relax at lounge area.

Service: apartment has everything you need. AC, table, sofa, Tv, kitchenette, kettle, utensils, clean bathroom… and free laundry at 5th stairs if you do by yourself.

Review: So at first impression I wasn’t super stoked but it was only minutes before I saw the true picture. Truth be told I’d just walked a very long distance, so I was perhaps just tired. -)
The host were super cool & chill.
The view of the beach was fair & I actually think it’s kinda a toss up on whether it should be advertised as such. You couldn’t really truly see the beach but you certainly could see the palm trees that were on the beach. Overall-sure, I’d stay there again.

Review: In general disrepair. Refrigerator didn’t work and was moldy. Bathroom also moldy. We left without spending the night.

Positive points: super clean, big rooms and very convenient location. owners are so kind. they let us leave our bags in the lobby when our bus was cancelled. worth your money for sure.

The host is very friendly and will take care of you all the way. You will feel at home here.

The room is very clean and cozy with a basic setup.
Recommended for budget travellers or long stays.

The location is close enough to the beach (7-8 mins) and has plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

We also liked the morning market just around the corner where all the locals gather to do their daily shopping. Fruits, veggies, meat, they're are all there.

If you ever stay at Lem's do try their morning coffee. They serve very good coffee, great for a morning booster!
