Positive points: I really enjoy everything. Location, staff, cleanliness, room, yummy breakfast. Great value for money. Max score.
Negative points: Probably the water from the shower flooding a bit the rest of the bathroom. but that wasn't enough to decrease my appreciation for the hotel.
Review: This hotel is just sooo awesome..the room is big and sparkling clean, hot & cold shower and toilet is separate. Breakfast is filling and good healthy choices. Free coffee and water anytime..best of all.. staffs are really kind and helpful, they provide flat iron and adaptor..No issue even if you check in at 2AM..nOur flight going back was in the evening and when we check out it was raining heavily, we leave our luggage and go shopping and we couldn't go anywhere when we got back. They allowed us to stay in the lobby while waiting for our airport transfer & repacking our luggage. This hotel is just a few walk to euljiro 3ga and jongno 3ga..many restaurant & convenience store in the area. It's my 5th time in seoul and I think Lemong hotel is a gem💕 I will book this again when i go back.
Positive points: The breakfast is great, the staff too, also we had some issues with the AC and they fixed it immediately, so excellent customer service

Review: Will recommend staying in Lemong Hotel. We had a great experience while staying here, free buffet set up breakfast, rooms are clean everyday, the staff are helpful, location is great. If ever we will be back in Korea, definitely we will stay in this hotel.
Positive points: Very good and modern hotel, very convenient location close to metro. Been with my sister and my niece, I really liked the decoration and the design. The staff were very nice, especially Jay (maybe Ray? I hope I'm not mistaken in the name. I'm bad in names). He helped a lot for all my questions about the city, and really cared about and tried to help me with a problem I had in my Dell laptop (solved btw :) ).

Review: The room was very comfortable and spacious, location is more than ideal to visit all important sightseeings and museums. Amazing restaurants with plenty of options with K-food at its best.
Positive points: We are generally happy with the accommodation. It was clean and regularly cleaned. It met our expectations, considering the stars and price paid. We really liked the location (walking distance to a lot of things). The kids especially appreciated being close to the Cheonggyecheon.rnrnShower pressure is excellent, and we appreciated having a bathtub for kids.
Negative points: Breakfast was pretty bad, both Korean and Western food. You can make eggs and pancakes yourself, but if you don't come early, you'll likely need to wait for them. The dining area is densely packed with tables and chairs, so it's hard to move around with plates in your hands. We opted to eat out after the first one.rnrnOur room is a bit dated and needs some refreshing (e.g., scratches on the wall). Weirdly, we had a pretty large dining table with five chairs in our room, but no utensils, microwave, or anything that could be used for actual dining. So we used it primarily to open the luggage on top of it and to leave clothes and other stuff (there are not enough closets for the two adults and two kids).rnrnThere's a small patio that guests can use to eat or drink. I once went to explore it, and there was a sewage smell that would make eating there pretty unpleasant. Maybe it was this sole occasion we didn't notice the smell elsewhere.rnrnElevators are too aggressive and have kicked us or the stroller several times, before we realised that we must hold the button that prevents the doors from closing all the time. Extending that time would be nice.

Negative points: I really wanted to like this place but the room was dirty overall. Dust everywhere, moldy shower, dirty toilet sit.
Review: Very convenient location. Quite clean and not too noisy. Breakfast was incredible with so much variety. The only issue was the door handle of our toilet was basically a 5mm edge which was hard to open and close. Other than that, the place was amazing! Would definitely come back and recommend anyone travelling to Korea.

Review: Good location, huge room and services. I would suggest improvements from after hours room services, and the lift, there was only one lift working, another was down, which took us sometimes to get downstair
Positive points: Perfect location and the bed was SO SO comfortable!! Pillows were amazing!
Negative points: Would have been nice to have more continental options at breakfast. Breads and pastries, a variety of cheeses and possibly some meats etc. The egg frying station was so busy every time we went down we were unable to use it.
