Review: Very accomodating and excellent staff. We requested an electric kettle to have a hot water and they provided us their personal kettle. We appreciate it a lot. The reception team is very attentive on our request and make sure our stay is pleasant.

I definitely will come back and recommend this place again.

Review: The room is very spacious and includes a pantry with microwave oven and induction stove. We liked the tall ceiling and big windows. While it rained everyday for the duration of our stay, the hotel’s location made it easy for us to check out the places to eat, coffee shops and the stores nearby. Overall we liked our stay here and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Positive points: Great little hotel in an excellent location near the centre of Da Nang. Just over a 5 minutes walk to either the beach or the Dragon Bridge. The rooms are very lovely, bright and clean with a nice balcony overlooking a charming little street. The beds are super soft and comfortable, great power shower, with good Wi-Fi, you really do get a lot for your money in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

Review: One of the best hotels we've tried here in Vietnam! Great service and very accommodating staff. Our flight got delayed by 2 hours and the receptionist (thao ny tam man hong) waited for us til 3 in the morning.

Hotel itself was very clean and spacious for 2 people. We had no issues with the wifi and water heater. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Review: Pros:- The apartment location was in a quiet street with a few restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Our 2 bedroom apartment was on the 4th floor and had lots of light. The building is quite new and is well maintained. There’s an elevator which is very useful. Wifi is good.Apartment is cleaned every day.

Cons:- there isn’t any washer or a dryer. The 2nd bedroom doesn’t have windows. Towels are not changed daily.

Positive points: This is my 4th visit and I always stay for more than a week at a time. I have always been happy with the stay however this time was rather disappointing. The room smelled like it has not been cleaned properly after cooking. The bedroom, living room and the bathroom are pretty moldy. There is a MASSIVE ceiling hole in the bathroom. I was bitten by bedbugs from the sofa on the first night. The staff came right away but could not remove the sofa so they left it in the room for the night and didnt take any actions afterwards. The cleaner did not clean the room though I left from 9-4pm. I asked the staff and he said the cleaner is going home soon and apologies as they have been busy(there are not more than 15 rooms in the apartment..Is busy really an excuse to give to a guest?). The cleaner came to clean not long after that but she took less than 5 minutes to do the room :/ bedsheets didnt get changed and the floor wasnt sweeped. This time the staff did not seem to accommodate as much as they have been. When asking about nonworking appliances, the staff suggested in a rather condescending manner that I fail to check whether the appliances are plugged in or not..(why am I supposed to be the one who does it?!). And all I got at the end of my stay was "Sorry for the bugs."

Review: Thao Ny Tam Man Hoang Sang Trang where very helpful to us! Our stay here in Lantana was fantastic. They are very accommodating and friendly. They always answer all our questions promptly. Help is readily available. We had to request for extra assistance to get to a hospital and they did not hesitate to lend a hand. I highly recommend this place. It is very affordable but it has everything!

Positive points: Nice room and well run by staff, shout out to Phương Thao for being really helpful.
Laundry service super convenient with a good price. Nice location not too busy as tucked away but close enough for a short walk to the beach.
