Review: Pro: staff can speak simple English, lift, low density 2-3 rooms per floor, spacious room with kitchen utensils provided, Netflix channel

cons: bed slightly softer side, toilet and bathtub not separated with any glass door, curtain, could hear motor repair noises

Positive points: This is an AWFULL hotel! They stole my money from my room !!! Please do not book a room in there!!! They actually stole several thousand of dollars from my room! They delete the security camera recording of the day they had stolen my money. The Vietnamese police laughed at me and the hotel employee shouted and accused me of slander!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I lived there for three weeks and I am very angry! This hotel is a nightmare!!

Review: We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for one night only but it was lovely. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room itself had everything you could need! Lovely little place, walking distance from many things!

Positive points: It was our 5th hotel in vietnam, I was really disappointed by the lady at the reception, the first contact was to say ‘room will be ready later’ not any welcoming message. Very different from the previous hotels where staff are very friendly and always keen to help.
She also asked to do the full payment at check in, we always do it at check out. When we refused she asked us to call booking and cancel and she was even pushing us to cancel to avoid writing a negative review!
At the end, we paid at check in as we couldn’t find alternatives at that time and also being with tired young kids after a long trip.
Very bad start at this hotel. Never again

The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with excellent amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Located conveniently close to convenience stores , this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Da Nang, VietNam. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Review: This hotel has all the things you need - within walking distance to the beach, spacious, extremely clean and friendly staff. There is laundry on the balcony which is very useful. There is currently construction for a building nearby and they start construction early in the morning, so that was disrupting to my sleep in the mornings. Otherwise, it is in an area that is fairly quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

Review: Lagom hotel is one of places I wished to have found sooner for I would have booked my stay for the whole month. Nice and spacious studio room with a balcony to over see the neighborhood. Fast WiFi and modern smart tv which to my surprise many hotels here don’t have…. Lobby is always nice and cool and always relieving when you’re coming in from a hot sunny day. The Staff is very friendly and they are mindful of privacy. They speak good English and communicate very thoroughly about any concerns or questions you may have. The only thing I can fault is the construction going on in the neighboring area, but that didn’t bother me much. Motorbike rentals near by, plus good selections of restaurants to choose from. I was satisfied with my overall stay here and can recommend to others looking for a nice place to stay. I know it’s tricky finding the right hotel on these apps so I hope this review was helpful, so you may avoid booking a hotel that looks only good in pictures and full of fake reviews.

Positive points: The Hotel is really well designed, it's such a lovely and cozy place. Felt really comfortable. The rooms are spacious and with a huge balcony, big bathrooms and good, comfortable beds. Also the walls are really soundproof. And the staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing, so welcoming and friendly. The price/value is absolutely perfect. Also really a quick walk to the beach which is great.

Review: i initially booked a different hotel but could not stay there due to uncleanliness. booked this place last minute (got a whatsapp msg saying my room was ready and I checked in after 10mins of booking). it was SO much cleaner and safer. perfect for a solo traveller like myself!

great banh mi and coffee places nearby! about a 30 min walk to the dragon bridge and son tra night market but you can always book a grab! - 10 mins ish depending on traffic

staff was so welcoming and greeted each time i walked through the doors. they were accommodating and always checked to see if i needed anything. an amazing place to stay.

just be careful when you’re using the hot water in the shower. it can get very very hot so test it first. bathtub was clean, aircon worked well. smart tv in the room. small kitchen area if you’d like to cook. a balcony, a cute vanity and mini dining area as well. so worth for the price paid!

just book this place. it’s great and safe.
