La Belle Vie Boutique Hotel

Review: I stayed there for 2 nights.

Good stuff:
1) When I requested an early check-in, the staff assisted me in it. I could move in at 1 pm.
2) The room looked the same as in the photo.
3) The floor, the bedlinen, the towels were clean.
4) A nice view from the rooftop at night.

Not that great stuff:
1) The top floor is rundown. So, there is no such place as shiny Sky68. It's dusty and shabby up there. Come there at night for the view of the city.
2) When I drew the curtain, I saw a dirty window and dirty stains on the curtain. That was sad because the room was overall beautiful.
3) The floor in the bathroom could be cleaner.
4) There are mice in this hotel, and they have no problem accessing rooms even on floor 4! At night, my things were lying on the table. I heard some things move, but I thought I hadn't put them well enough for them to lie still. However, in the morning, when I was going to eat my bread that I had left on the desk, I saw a huge hole in the plastic bag it was in. That plastic was quite thick. So, it should have been a very motivated mouse (or rat *shock*) to make such a hole with its teeth.

Also, I had eaten some tinned tuna and I cleaned the tin and thrown it in the bin. It looks like the tin smelt, the pest got there, but it ate the paper that I cleaned the tin with. I saw the paper on the floor and near the fridge.

Next time I travel to Da Nang, I will opt for the places even cheaper ones where I haven't encountered pests.

Positive points: The views from the 8th floor were fantastic.
The room is really spacious and has a separate kitchen area with dining.
A quiet location if you seek peace at great value.
Some coffee shops next door.

Review: Our room was an epitome of elegance with chic décor and natural wood accents. The spacious layout and large windows allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views. The bed was incredibly comfortable with premium bedding that made the night a restful one.

Review: We checked in and left after 5 minutes, the place was old run down, just not what we were expecting, we are on a limited 5 day trip and didn't want to suffer in a place that was unacceptable, I am sure for backpackers, it's was 4 star ultimately it is just a hostel, maybe ten years ago it may have had its day, I am sure it is good for people who have low expectations. We moved to another 4 star hotel newly built and was more to our liking. The staff were helpful after we went to leave, I was going to stay as my budget was allocated, however my son offered to pay for 3 nights at the new hotel.
