Điểm cộng: A few of the staff did not speak English, but still gave a full effort to understand our needs and assist us with booking travel, tours, and taxis. They were incredibly helpful despite our language barrier and we did not run into any issues with this. There was another staff member that spoke great English that was at the desk when our friends were checking out a day before us. Great laundry service.

Điểm cộng: Exceptional hotel for its price. We considered 2 more other hotels at first but ended up staying here and didn't regret one bit.
Booked 2 double bed rooms for a night, the price was just 1/3 compared to our 2 initial choices and the photos looked pretty decent so we went for it. The rooms were not something you'd normally find at this budget, pretty comfortable and fancy-looking.
The receptionist was also nice enough to run up and down several times to ask if the room was too cramped for our family and gave us a free upgrade to triple bed rooms, which indeed felt nice and plenty spacious.

Điểm cộng: Very nice lady at front desk, rooms weee so big and so cheap! Loved it here. Great bathrooms with nice hot water and free soap and tooth brushes! Also we rented a bike from owner with gas and we forgot to fill up before returning :((

Điểm cộng: I was only one night in this hotel and for one night everything was comfortable. I arrived late in the evening and the staff waited for me, they also gave me water and took care of my motorcycle, thank them very much for that.
